I was told I should have informed my appointment was scheduled via Zoc Doc when I arrived. However my appointment was confirmed via phone verbally and text messages. I waited over an hour to be seen and was seen at that time due to questioning the late time. Staff was very disorganized, rushed, and lacked professionalism. After my appointment I had to make another appointment to have a procedure done. Once again I had to wait., after being called into the office to schedule the procedure the staff received a call and continued to have a conversation. When I Informed her at this point I was at the office for over two hours and need to return to work. Dr. Rodriguez was very nice but staff could be better managed.

You sit in the waiting room as a new patient for over an hour. When you finally get called back you sit in the room for another 30 minutes for a doctor that is not Dr. Rodriguez. I requested I see him as I did not like the way I was being treated. He comes in after another 10 minutes and only spends about 3 minutes with me. Very frustrating visit.

I woke up from an endoscopy that this doctor performed with aspiration pneumonia and severe sepsis and was sent straight to the emergency room (by another doctor at the clinic) and hospitalized for 5 days. The doctor left the clinic after performing the endoscopy and another doctor had to recommend the nurse to send me to emergency. After I was released from the hospital I tried making an appointment with him to follow up and understand what had happened, but he never received me, he sent the nurse practitioner and after that I never went back. I am still paying for the medical costs and personal trauma from this experience. The reason I do not recommend this doctor is because of the lack of involvement with my case, I was totally disregarded.

People were kind but it take me more than two hours to se the doctor that didn't even examine me (it was the ARNP) he barely looked at me! And sent this bunch of test to be done and left. I mean at least sorry for the delay was in hand but didn't happened.

It was my first visit. I spent more time with his nurse assistant, Chanel, who is wonderful. I also got a positive impression of Dr. Rodriguez. All office personnel were very pleasant.

Long, Long Wait Time. Once I finally saw the doctor he kept texting on his phone while he was attending me. Very Unprofessional. Definitely not going with him again, nor will recommend.
