I was very pleased with the professional service of the staff and the wait time was less than 30 minutes. Parking was not bad as they offer paid parking or street parking, but getting into the building was difficult because of the fact that you have to be buzzed in and the doctor's name was not listed on the directory. Dr. Kaplan is extremely nice and personable. I would recommend her.

Milca was very knowledgeable, compassionate, ran the appt. in a very throrough yet efficient manner. Whenever I'm home from now on, she will be my primary care for sure - excellent and very quick to help and follow-up - 5 ***** experience - very good medical office staff as well !
