Milind Gadgil, MD (or Dr. G as his clients refer to him) works with clients ages 0-60 years. Dr. G welcomes you to a safe space. He listens to you and considers your values in determining a treatment plan. He is a passionate team player invested in the best interest of you or your child/teen. He treats major and minor illnesses such as depression, anxiety, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Treatment may include medication management, brief psychotherapy including individual or family interventions, referrals to therapists, or other specialists as needed.
Dr. Gadgil charges 240 dollars for an initial psychiatric evaluation and 200 dollars per hour thereafter (typically 30 minute follow up visits for 100 dollars). You may request a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (call the number on the insurance card for the address). We cannot currently accept patients with Medicaid or Medicare.
After graduating from the Johns Hopkins University and University of Kansas Medical School, Dr. Gadgil moved to Colorado and completed post-graduate and fellowship training in general adult and child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He has over ten years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient work, and leadership experience in supervision, teaching, and management. He founded Complex Psychiatry Solutions and Consultations together with his team with the goal of providing more personalized care. He is Board-certified in both general and child and adolescent psychiatry.
Dr. G enjoys time with family and friends, bird watching, board games, paddle boarding and improving his mountain biking skills.

The doctor didn't contact me afterwards to discuss a matter that I was uncompleted familiar with and he made me feel very uncomfortable. He was OK during the visit but no care followup with him afterwards and I called him several times. The medication was very inappropriate that he recommended.

I have a decent history seeing psychiatrists to address my mental health concerns but Dr. G was by far the most helpful. He was kind, caring, and he spent plenty of time listening to my concerns and addressing my questions. We worked hand in and to come up with a game plan that felt comfortable for both of us. I am so grateful to him because he has restored my hope in feeling better Dr. G also has an incredible assistant named Carri. She was who first made contact with me in gathering my initial information and it was because of her kindness and calm demeanor that I initially felt so at ease talking with Dr. G. I want to thank both of them tremendously and I highly recommend working with Dr. G for any and all psychiatric needs. They are the best!
