Office was very outdated. Equipment looked outdated. I walked out after waiting 35 mins. Taking care of patients in reception area very unprofessional. Did not get good vibes about this place. Sorry.

This was my first time visiting this provider due to my insurance not being accepted at my usual eye doctor. I was a bit unsure of what I needed to do after the appointment to get my contact lens prescription, but I called them a few days later and the staff was very friendly.

Once we got there the receptionist told us the appointment may or may not be covered and urged us to leave. They were extremely rude and only became slightly professional once we agreed to go elsewhere. Prior to the appointment I received 2 emails saying my insurance was in network and that I was all set for my appointment.

Horrible experience! I waited 45 minutes in the building next door before that office informed me! Then one and a half hours in Dr Kahn’s office! I told receptionist to cancel my appointment at that point and left!!! 2 hours and 15 minutes of my time waisted by waiting!!
