Oh and massage therapists & Accupunctirist ?? worth every penny! Thanks to them I don't feel the pain I've had after epidural!

Doctor Kahn is amazing and caring person with great bedside manner. I felt like he took the time to listen to all my concerns and addres all the problems I have and the plan to “fix” it. Adjustment feel great again dr took time and I didn’t feel rush in any way. Thank you dr Kahn for your knowledge and I am happy to be your patient

It has taken me a couple months to write this review. The experience left me somewhat shaken.
This office, staff and "doctor", Mitchell, are really not good. The office itself is a ramshackle of rooms and furniture, often having to step over things and people to get through.Its not a very clean or organized establishment. They have you take your clothes off as they just turn around and dont give you anything to cover yourself with. There is no real medical component to this office. I went there seeking medical attention for a consistent pain and discomfort in my back, neck and hand, but they would never advise me of treatment or diagnosis. They ask you what you want. When I ask if I need to be adjusted or is there a treatment plan, they had no answers and would ask if i wanted to be adjusted, or if i wanted to get a massage. Like it was just up to me. I once asked for my records but they dont keep any! Kahn sits at the front eating fruit and slacking off with the very young girl that plays receptionist.
After 6 months of working with them, I was no better feeling. I was told that it takes patience and sometimes it can take a year or more and to please continue with the process. So, I did.
Additionally, they close the office and have therapists take off, without notifying people that have appointments. I have left my job early to accommodate appointments only to find out they've closed or cancelled. One day I texted Kahn and suggested that he alert patients that have appts to any rescheduling or cancellations and his reply, I still have it, was that I should go to another office. I assumed he meant that day since they forgot about my appointment (there is no system in place but his personal cell phone) and so I replied as such and said it was okay and didnt want to start over with someone new for just one day.
The following week I came for my scheduled appointment and in front of everyone got in my face violently and told me that he told me not to come back anymore. I was dumbfounded and shocked and asked him when he ever told me that and alerted him that what he was doing was very unprofessional and asked if he could explain further as he had severely embarrassed me. I am a short petite woman and it was also very frightening.
He went on to say that, Karen, the person I typically say, told him that she doesnt want me to come back either and that my insurance hadnt been paying him for months. I had been going there for about 6 months and this was all news to me. Karen and I actually had a great relationship, personally and professionally. She is the one who urged me to stick with it and she would fix me up. That she was dedicated to it.
I left in tears. I was so confused. I had always been nice to everyone and thought i had good relations with.
I emailed Karen after that, and contacted my insurance company. I told Karen the events that transpired and she apologized profusely. She said that she only told Kahn that she was frustrated I wasn't getting better. This was a lie, and she was covering for him, because I felt I was getting better, because of HER. I would leave her space each week and let her know how much I thank her and appreciate her. I then called my insurance and they said they had contacted Kahn multiple times and sent letters to no avail. I suppose he is hiding something and would rather have not responded to them than get caught.
At the end of it all, I did go elsewhere and they were amazing! After three sessions, I was thoroughly evaluated, xray'd, diagnosed, had records kept and a treatment plan.

Dr. Kahn knows his stuff so you will see the results pretty quick. He is friendly, has positive attitude and has excellent bedside manner. There is no sense of rush during the appointment. Super patient with kids. Nice clean office, no wait time.

I walked in with alot of lower back pain and walked out with what felt like a brand new back. The doctor is super friendly and very concerned about my problems, asked alot of questions. The massage therapist were great and very personable. I can't wait for my next appointment. Definatly recommeding this office.
