The front desk assistant was great! Courteous, friendly and efficient.
The chiropractor visit was great as well. Doctor Simon examined my back, listened to my health complaints and was professional with conducting the treatment and adjustments. I haven’t felt this straight in years. He also recommended some home exercises. I’ll be coming back to this chiropractor for a treatment course since the first impression was good.
The office hours are very convenient (after work, and Saturday appointments available). The office was clean and had a lot of posters about spine health.

I have never been to a chiropractor before, but he made sure to explain what he was going to do before doing it, as well as explain what issues he was seeing and how his treatment would help with them. I appreciated that the receptionist had checked my insurance and was able to tell me before what my insurance would cover.

This was my first time visiting a chiropractor so I really didn't know what to expect. Dr. Simon took the time to explain the practice and how it works, as well as what was going on with my body and how it can be fixed. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and make the appropriate adjustments.

I have been to quite a few chiropractors and he is one of the best! I appreciate that it isn't a factory-type approach; rather, each patient has their unique needs and hence treatment. It's pretty easy to get appointments last minute which is great for busy schedules.
