Waited for an hour with no response, and called the office twice, no communication that there were technical difficulties on their end. I was finally connected with him, to be told that even though I signed up for a disability evaluation. He doesn't do them—colossal waste of my time.

his video wasn’t turned on
asked no questions
said he was going to refer me to other people
never got those referrals (it’s been a week)
and i still paid money for a 5min zoom call that did nothing
i ended up getting a referral 3 weeks later
and when he finally got back to another 2 weeks later
he said “so what do you want from me ?”

Waited for an hour in the zoom waiting room. Called the office to explain the situation of bring in the waiting room and was put in hold for 10 minutes. The receptionist came back to get clarification and was surprised to hear I was in the waiting room….
Put me on hold for another 10 minutes and told me the doctor was trying to access the room. Told me to rejoin and I did, which put me back in the waiting room.
Doctor never showed. 0/5 do not recommend.

The shortest appointment I ever had. He didn’t ask me for any medication I was taking. I was the one who ask him to give me something for the pain. He did not give me any information about my situation. Very poor communication skills or any interest in helping. No empathy at all. Very dissatisfied

The doctor joined the zoom for about 30 seconds with his camera and mic off. He left the call and never rejoined. I called his office to try to connect with him and hold my appointment but his name was not even listed in their directory (is he even employed there?); there was therefore no way to contact him. Don’t waste your time

I was supposed to receive a referral for bloodwork, a colonoscopy, and a urinalysis. He said he would email those to me. I never got it, now I don’t know how to contact him without booking another appointment.
This is less a review on him personally, and more a dissatisfaction with this online service.

The doctor took a long time to admit us in the zoom. Once in the zoom, we had mic difficulties and we tried to communicate through chat but the doctor just kept shouting hello. At one point the doctor said "stop, you're being annoying" so he was very distracted and removed us from the zoom. We tried to rejoin several times but eventually the meeting ended. We wasted 30 minutes trying to communicate with a doctor who couldn't spare a minute to do his job.
