I am a new patient with Dr. Vogel and NJ Vision Associates...... literally every touch point with the team was professional, pleasant and efficient. From Jennifer managing the logistics (from the moment I made my appointment through navigating the insurance process), to every tech, to the optical shop, to Dr. Vogel himself -- all were simply terrific.
The eye care tech team accommodated my specific needs, they listened carefully, they were thorough, and they were respectful of my time. Dr. Vogel himself was thoroughly professional; he made the time to explain things and he is clearly highly experienced.
I am not sure I've ever described a doctor visit of any kind as enjoyable, but this one was. Bravo!

The office confirmed my appointment in less than 12 hours. The entire office experience exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and kind while the office is remarkably clean.
Dr. Vogel is definitely one of the kindest, most relatable doctors I’ve seen. He was thorough in his explanations and made me super confident in my choice to pick him as my eye doctor.
I even scheduled an appointment for my husband as I left!

He and his entire Staff, from his Front Office Administrators to his Medical Support Tech, Rich, were all very professional and came across as caring, instead of like other places where you're just another patient. Dr. Vogel & Rich explained all of their procedures in detail to me so I would fully understand what was about to occur and what results they found. I made another appointment to do more testing.
