It’s important to consider treatments that emphasize mindfulness, self-care, goal setting and process-oriented thinking to help achieve patient's maximum functioning and achieve benefit from mental health treatment.
Dr. Ansari enjoys working with his patients on setting tangible and realistic goals and working towards those goals with a mix of medications and therapy. He believes in a team-based approach to providing psychiatric care and working with his patients on choosing the treatment that they feel confident about.
Dr. Ansari completed his undergraduate degree with a focus on cultural anthropology while completing all prerequisites for attending medical school. Following that, he completed 4 years of medical school education at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed 4 years of Psychiatry residency training in South Florida at Woodmont Hospital. He received the honor of being named chief resident for his final year of psychiatry residency training.

Unfortunately, and I am very sad about it, I cant have a doctor in another state. Pharmacy told me they will refill once and they don't take prescriptions from other states.
BUT! I STRONGLY recommend this doctor! I was with another practitioner nurse, who knew about my liver problems and prescribed me a wrong medication for sleeping, that clearly said on the list of side effects its cousin liver problems even more just in 3 month if I take it!!!! So, I found this doctor, he explain to me all medication i take and also, that my gastroenterologist prescribed me.!!!!
Yuu will be happy with this Doc and he will help you to find medication that will fit your needs and wouldnt effect your helth.

Very nice psychiatrist! He does a longer first session to actually get to understand your feelings and experiences before diagnosing and prescribing medication. He is very good listener and is a professional that definitely will give you hope if you have had previous negative experiences in mental health care. He also describes the science/psychology behind certain things, such as medications, which creates a sense of transparency and equality between the patient and him. Instead of quickly rushing through the appointment and making a decision about treatment, he actually makes an effort to hear more about your life. This is something not every psychiatrist makes an effort to do, so it creates a very comforting and non-threatening environment that will benefit you the most. I recommend him to everyone!
