Dr. Romezi was excellent. She has stellar bedside manners and listens attentively to her patients. She takes time to educate you on your medical condition. She also explains the medications that she prescribes. The front staff needs to improve on patient experience. Not very friendly.

Dr. Mona Romezi believes in treating the whole woman- listening to their needs and forging lifelong relationships with her patients. Dr. Romezi sees pregnancy as one of the most important milestones in a woman’s life and is honored to be involved in her patients’ pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond, by providing comprehensive care. Additionally, she has a particular interest in minimally invasive laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery and is up to date with the newest technological advances in the field.
Dr. Romezi graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. In 2010, she received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where she trained at Ben Taub General Hospital, St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, The Woman’s Hospital of Texas, Texas Children’s Pavilion for Woman, and Texas Children’s Hospital. During her residency, she was awarded the Resident Research Award for Top Research Abstract, and in her Chief year, she was awarded a poster presentation at the 2014 Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine annual meeting. Dr. Romezi’s research focused on outcomes associated with excess weight gain in pregnancy.

She’s very non-judgmental and she sticks to the facts. The only thing that I would critique is when I looked into getting an IUD, other providers I looked into offered more pain management options than this office does. If that’s a procedure you’re getting I would talk to her about that.

I came in for my first ever annual exam and Dr. Romezi was very nice and explained everything to me clearly. She did the exams quickly and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall I had a great experience at this office!

Great experience !!! First their availability was comforting because I knew I didn’t have to wait days or weeks to be seen. Dr Romezi is Very efficient , knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr Romezi is absolutely professional and spoke clear about the nexts steps and plan in my health plan and just made the whole appointment easy, which can be so uncomfortable based on the provider alone BUT NOT HERE. Definitely grateful I made my appointment here with her.

This was my 1st time with Dr. Romezi and I will definitely keep seeing her. Dr. Romezi was very understanding and a great listener. She took the time to understand what was going on and her diagnosis was spot on. One visit with her and I'm feeling better. Only regret is not going to her sooner. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good Doctor.

My experience was good. The provider was very kind, and listened to the issues I was having. The office staff was nice as well. The only thing that was a little stressful, was having to wait 40 minutes after my appointment before they took me back to be seen. I had to leave to go back to work and I was just really stressed about whether I was going to make it to work on time.
I would still go back and just plan for more time.

I was a new patient for Dr. Romezi and I was so impressed with her and the staff. The nurse took by blood pressure and asked questions. She told me that Dr. Romezi would be in shortly to visit with me before giving me my exam. Dr. Romezi visited with me at least 10 minutes asking questions and then told me she would be back in the room when I was ready to be examined. She was so kind, attentive and caring. She is the first doctor that actually visited with me before the exam. WOW!

It says that they do a particular procedure but that's not true. She made it a point to say she's only done it once. I'm 30, I dont want kids and never have. I did have a previous appt. about this back in my 20s where I said I didn't want kids. I still don't want them. I gave all kinds of reasons but it wasnt enough. She said she won't do it and that she'd refer me to someone who MIGHT do it. Could have saved me the humiliation and 1. Not listed that procedure as something you do and 2. Had said "no" in the beginning. High risk for regret? That's utter garbage and isnt for you to determine. I know Texas is not very "my body, my choice" but that is ridiculous. You said that I might change my mind. Ma'am, I had this thought since I was a teenager. This isn't something I thought about recently. You said that this is just an unstable time for me and I'll change my mind. Lady, I'm unstable period and am not fit nor have the luxury to change my mind. I am unfit and unwell for that.
