I have been an insulin-dependent diabetic for 45 years and, of course, I have seen many endocrinologist during my lifetime. Dr Datt is the best! She encourages you in every way possible in order for you to be comfortable in controlling your diabetes. Dr. Datt wants you to ask ask questions and she answers all of them to the fullest. Her bedside manner is extraordinary and when she talks to you it is though you were speaking to a favorite family member. I highly recommend Dr. Datt!

Also I needed to do follow up blood work for my GP that I was able to do with Dr. Monika . She was very thorough and asked me poignant questions about my concerns. Dr. Datt is very friendly, kind, and approachable. I feel she listened to my concerns during our appointment and was sensitive to my medical history. However, things went downhill from there. I had to call twice to inquire about my blood work results despite Dr. Datt informing me that she would call me directly. I waited over a week to follow up and the front desk confirmed my blood panel results were available and that they would contact the doctor to call me. The following week rolls around and I still hadn’t received a call from Dr. Datt so I called the office again. They put me through to the nurse (I believe) who said my blood results were normal and that I could find them in my portal. I was not made aware that a portal even existed so I was put through to reception to set it up. Once I logged in, I saw very old information (phone number, address, etc.) listed as I saw a GP in the practice over a decade ago (in 2007). None of the paperwork I filled out was updated into their system. After updating this info myself, I messaged Dr. Datt through the portal and requested that she call me to discuss my blood work. I have questions because when I viewed the labs in the portal, there were 3 test results listed in bold red font since the numbers fell outside of the normal reference range. It’s been over 2 weeks since my appointment and 5 days since I sent that message and I still have not received a call to discuss my lab results nor address next steps. This is unacceptable. I don’t see how it’s my responsibility to chase down information when I was informed by the doctor that she would call me directly and review the results. I am very frustrated by some unexplained health problems and would expect a doctor to be accountable and responsive to their patients seeking answers.

She and her staff are absolutely amazing! She was kind, thorough, and really listened to me. She came up with a treatment plan and explained what I should expect in the immediate future and further down the line. She asked if I had a primary, which I did not, and recommended her colleague and also connected me with a nutritionist, whom I really liked, as well. My first appointment was last Thursday, and I have already seen her twice, and have seen the primary and nutrionist. I feel like I have my own awesome medical team. Also, the staff were so polite, cool, and were able to set up all of my appointments. Efficient 1 stop shop, no hassle...highly recommend!!!
