I was concerned by the doctor’s apparent lack of knowledge, as she referenced AI in front of me while discussing my condition. She also stated that some patients with thyroid disease do not require medication, despite my evident symptoms indicating the need for medical evaluation and treatment. I do not plan to return for further care.

We loved our experience with the doctor; she took her time and explained everything in detail. We never felt rushed, and she answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Dr. Y. The office staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the waiting time was not long at all.

The office staff was very nice, the Dr I saw however was very cold and short and didn’t care what I had to say and belittled me. I felt worse than when I went in and I feel like I’m back at square one. Very disappointed.
