What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
There is so much information out there on how to live a healthy life, and how to manage and treat various conditions and all this can be very confusing with so much conflicting information out there. I enjoy helping people navigate through all the noise and come up with a care plan that will not only address the problem but tailor it to fit into their lifestyle and overall well-being.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
As a primary care provider, my role is to be a health expert, health promotor, and advocate when it comes to physical and behavioral health. I will assist, educate and provide guidance to optimizing health and well-being.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to learn so I am constantly reading or listening to books and podcasts. I have two kids that keep me busy and we travel as much as we can. I also enjoy hot yoga, swimming, cooking, music, spending time with family and friends, and financial planning.
