He’s a good Dr. IMHO. I get the impression that he’s old school in his methodology and thought process, but that’s not a bad thing.
He harped on me about smoking (which I only started again 6 months ago, and told him I would quit again soon) a bit much, but I appreciate the concern and believe he only has best interest in mind for his patients.
The exam was thorough and while it wasn’t what I was expecting, it also didn’t seem extreme.

I would give negative stars if I could. First off, Dr Loran thinks very highly of himself and was not a good fit for me as my primary care doctor. That being said, the receptionist and clinical staff are very frustrating to deal with. Very Rude and Belittling.

The nurse Joanne did not use gloves when drawing blood and when I asked her, she said it’s an unnecessary cost.
Also the doctor wouldn’t do a strep test and insisted I did a blood test instead.
Wont know until Monday (today is Friday) whether or not I have strep..... seems unprofessional to me.

Very plesant and helpful. Listened and cared a great deal. The front office ladies spent a eidiclous amount of time finding me an ear doctor for sever vertigo. Something they didn't have to do but went out of their way. First place I have been with people that actually cared about thank you a million

The staff at the desk was not very friendly but Dr. Laronn had good bedside manner, he was very thorough of my entire family medical history since I had never seen him before. He told me his possible diagnosis, but said he'd need to do tests which they were out of at the office. Since I was in pain, he sent me to a hospital to do the tests immediately but then never followed up with me to let me know the results. I had to track the results down with the hospital myself, and the Doctor's office never reached back out to me to do follow ups or to schedule an appointment to treat me post tests. Dr. Laronn is knowledgeable but I didn't feel that he cared about my well being once I left his office.

I've seen (too) many doctors in my life, Dr. Laronn is one of the best visits I've ever had. I made an appointment only a couple hours prior and was seen right away. He listened to my long list of various symptoms and asked relevant questions, didn't automatically push any pills but did offer the option to discuss prescription tratment further and his staff was very accommodating.

Dr Laronn took the time to listen, asked questions, did a thorough examination, then was very direct about what he thought and what we should do next. I couldn't ask for more than that in a first visit. I was most impressed with his professionality and directness.

Was my second appointment and just as my first one it was a great experience. Frond desk ladies are extremely helpful and friendly, ready to answer all of your questions, patient and polite.

My experience here was mediocre. The ladies at the front desk were rude and unwelcoming. I did not feel cared for and I will not be back to Dr. Laronn's. When it was time to pay she made me read out my credit card information after I told her I didn't want to do that being there was other people behind me. She insist I did and repeated it back to me loudly. It was unprofessional and I expected way more. My experience with Dr. Laronn was alright. He is a smart man but I felt my visit fell short. I'm really disappointed.

I had a great visit here, everyone was very friendly and it showed that they cared about my wellbeing. It did take a bit long for the doctor to see me but they had told me it was to let one of the other patients fill their prescriptions first so that the doctor could spend more time with me since it was my first visit. I'm glad I finally found my doctor

I liked that he got straight to the point and you could tell he knows what he is talking about. He is dedicated to finding out what my health issue is and does not like wasting time. I also loved that there was no wait time and I could finish my forms online before arriving.
