The staff and the office itself are super nice! My bad experience was with my doctor. I felt mistreated and not heard. And the worst, I felt super uncomfortable with some xenophobic and inappropriate comments coming from her as soon as she got to know that I'm Brazilian.. I felt terrible and it kind of ruined my day. Definitely not coming back.
A doctor should be lovely and respectful to anyone regardless of your race and nationality.
I appreciate the nurse who took care of me, the front desk people and the amazing girl from the lab who took my blood test! You were awesome!
