I came in with a lot of pain, stiffness, and lack of energy within a few minutes of treatment the pain become less and by the end of my session I had no pain, improved mobility and energy level. Dr. Moyee always takes great care to see me instantly upon arrival, takes the needed time to treat me and I never feel rushed and all my questions are always addressed. Dr. Moyee has a calming professional kind manner that instills confidence and warmth. I feel at ease during treatment and always leave feeling calm, attended to, and more functioning. She is a real healer! Everyone on staff is kind, professional, and makes you feel welcome.
My right foot was hurting me for over a year. I had to wear special shoes and use a cane to walk. A podiatrist suggested surgery. After just one acupuncture treatment from Dr. Siu, my pain started to subside. Now I don't need my cane and I'm ready for my vacation travel in Asia.

More about Moyee Siu, LAc

After obtaining my master degree in TCM, I apprenticed with Prof. Ming Qing Zhu, a world-renowned master of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. He passed onto me a lot of his clinical pearls for which I am most grateful. Together we founded Zhu's Neuro-Acupuncture Center and Zhu’s Scalp Acupuncture Research and Education Foundation. I have been teaching Zhu’s Scalp Acupuncture worldwide for more than ten years. I have presented at various professional conferences including the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture Annual Symposium 2005, and the 7th Congress of Chinese Medicine 2010 in Den Haag. I was the only acupuncturist invited to speak at the 2009 Congress on Spinal Cord Medicine and Rehabilitation in Dallas. I also contributed as an examiner of the California Acupuncture Board. I specialize in neurological disorders as well as complex conditions. The most common conditions I see daily are stroke, spinal cord injuries, Bell’s palsy, foot drop, pain (especially neck pain, shoulder pain, low back pain, nerve pain, headache, migraine), multiple sclerosis, anxiety, epilepsy, dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, autism, digestive disorders, internal organic diseases, and many others. In our clinic, we use scalp acupuncture, body acupuncture, ear acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping and herbal medicine according to the needs of the patients. Zhu’s Scalp Acupuncture, in particular, is very effective and gentle. It is suitable for every patient, old and young, including babies and infants. In addition, we emphasize on Daoyin, which are different means to guide the Qi (energy) to the desired treatment targets. Patients usually go home feeling better than when they arrive, even on the first visit. “We help you heal yourself” is our motto.
