About Mingfeng Lu
Mingfeng Lu graduated from Lanzhou University of Medicine in China and The University of East-West Medicine in the U.S. He is a licensed acupuncturist in California and has practiced in the San Francisco Bay Area for twenty years. He has established and managed five acupuncture clinics, serving as both manager and chief therapist. From a young age, he studied under his father, Professor Ge Lu, who was a professor at Lanzhou University of Medicine in China, the head of the Department of Histology and Embryology, a graduate advisor, and a professor with a Ph.D. at The University of East-West Medicine, as well as a licensed acupuncturist.
Professor Ge Lu focused on studying the relationship between various anatomical tissues and acupuncture, integrating Western anatomy and physiology with traditional Chinese medicine in his forty years of clinical practice, achieving outstanding results. Influenced by his father, Mingfeng Lu began exploring the characteristics of muscle and skin tissues from a young age, inheriting his father’s academic ideas and clinical practices while continuously innovating and developing. With twenty years of clinical experience, he has created the unique “Three Talents Fascia Regulation Method” by combining traditional Chinese acupuncture techniques with modern Western fascia therapy.
This method has shown remarkable effectiveness in treating various types of pain, fatigue, gynecological and urological issues, insomnia, anxiety, and other mental symptoms. It is especially effective in skin rejuvenation, including wrinkle removal, skin tightening, whitening, spot reduction, and restoring skin radiance.
