Unfortunately, The doctor wasn't there when I arrived because I was early. Nevertheless, I was seen as soon as I sat down. The nurses were delightful, patient and humorous. The doctor thoroughly addressed my medical concerns and elaborated on what I could do to have better health. I was comfortable the whole time. In and out. Great visit guys

Great service, staff was friendly and moved quickly. I happened to be 20 minutes behind after getting caught on a stalled train and still only had to wait less than 5 minutes. Would go again.

This has been my Primary Care for years but they aren't as organized or as attentive as they use to be. The only reason I don't switch is because it's literally a street away and a better bill than going to the emergency room.

Extremely happy with my experience, and I was even willing to come from out of Manhattan for it. Front desk operations were very streamlined with very simple forms to fill out. I arrived a little earlier than my wait time, and they didn't delay me until my actual wait time.
The medical support team were all friendly and did their work well. They were nice too which is a plus. I don't stress on clinic decor too much, but I do feel this was a very clean and professional clinic.
The best part of this facility is Dr Haque. He is the main reason I came to this facility. He is extremely knowledgeable and communicates very well unlike other doctors I have went to. He thoroughly explained all procedures and ensured they went through smoothly - he gave me a shot too and I didn't even feel it. He does not rush with patients, and takes the time to make sure the patients are treated well. With a smart, caring, and polite doctor, the experience becomes well worth it. His other doctors too are great.
Thoroughly recommended.

The waiting room is a bit outdated but who cares? I know that's the least of my concerns. My appointment was at 1:00 pm and arrived at about 10 mins to. I was seen by the nurse for my vitals in less than 5 mins. When I was done she told me I could have a seat outside, but before I had a chance to make it back out in the waiting area a nice Indian nurse told me that the dr was waiting for me in the exam room. This was the shortest wait time I ever experienced to see a doctor. I thought he was very nice, professional and didn't make me feel like I was a hypochondriac. The staff also were all very nice and friendly. My 23 month old toddler came with me and no one seemed to mind. The Indian lady was even sweet enough to give him boxes of crayons and the phlebotomist gave him to lollipops. I woul absolutely recommend dr Haque and I will most certainly return again.

Having M Haque in Zocdoc's list is putting the app's credibility in jeopardy. I've personally met Cyrus Massoumi and M Haque is not what he envisioned for his customers.
(The employees are not professional and the clinic itself is a mess. When I walked in at the appointed time, I was told the waiting time would be 20min, but after more than one hour of wait, there were still two patients ahead of me)
