In a session with me, I will assess, teach about coping skills, prescribe, and manage medications related to the issues you are experiencing. I treat ages 6 to 65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, school issues, self-esteem issues, insomnia, stress, PTSD, and mood disorders. I utilize mental health education and medication management to treat my clients.
