Doctor & her nurse was good & personable. The Office staff (specifically check-out process) was horrendous! They really need to review and refine their processes. Apologizing for mistakes is great, and you should; but ensuring you don't repeat them by acknowledging and putting in preventative methods and procedures shows you truly care and are responsible.
The checkout debacle Ruined the entire visit for me. I will Not be back.

Dr. Nadine Becker received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1984 before entering Emory University School of Medicine. The only downside-- is you have to pay for parking- since it is in a doctors office/hospital complex- Love her demeanor and sweet persona

My expectations were high when I went to my appt, so I was relieved when Dr Becker came in (and I loved her boots!) She made me feel comfortable even though she'd just met me. I wasn't afraid to let her know what is important to me, moving forward with my care. Looking forward to her care for years to come!

I did not feel like Dr. Becker took the time to understand the needs of me as a patient along with she did not wash her hands when she came in the room and she rubber her nose with the glove while doing my exam. I have never felt so disgusted in my life!

She wasn't able to give me enough information about the procedure she was suggesting. She pointed all the risks of the procedure I was questioning her about but didn't explain what would be other alternatives. I waited for over 50 minutes to have a 15 min talk and she was in a hurry and didn't give me time to ask or to clarify my concerns. I had several reasons to visit this professional and she told me she could only answer one of them, that I should schedule another appointment for other reasons.
What was the most frustating was the fact that she decided that this consultation was only to talk about a procedure and she didn't gave me time to ask questions. I had to be rude and ask questions as she was preparing to leave the room because her explanation was awful! Never never going back!

Excellent. She understood my situation immediately and helped me make a decision. She was very open to explaining the pros and cons in a comfortable setting. Her office had a sleep music machine on all the time. It certainly helped ease the stress. I couldn't have asked for a better physician. Highly recommend.

The office staff is kind, quick and helpful along with the office itself being very clean. Dr. Becker was very personable and straight to the point. She answered all my questions and concerns and of course gave very helpful tips and information. The service was fast and efficient from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this doctor and office!

Very efficient and answered all of my questions about getting an IUD. She didn't try to push one method or the other and informed me about all of my options. Insertion was fast and easy but I didn't feel rushed. They let me stay in the room until I felt better. Great people working in this office!
