Please improve check in/insurance verification system. I was worried I wouldn't be able to be seen due to non verification of insurance and Primary Care information, though I provided the information before the appointment. Other than that the appointment was efficient and addressed my concerns. Thank you

Very nice office from the reception to the nursing assistant to the doctor herself. Also received lots of help to set up my next appointments, which I would not have been able to do since it required several phone calls to multiple insurance and hospital contacts. They are literal and figurative live savers!

Everything was good except the fact that I called twice and spoke to 2 different front staff to let them know to request pt. records from Shady Grove Adventist and Holy Cross. They said they would get records. And no records were here today for the Dr. to work on. Causing us to have to schedule and come back in 2 wks.
