Unfortunately, one staff member in particular was awful at this location. I did not get her name, but she had the ability to ruin my entire experience from across the office. :) yes you, rude lady. Maybe next time, just get up and explain yourself instead of yelling at me from across the office. I wonder why your office has 1 star yelp reviews ??.
The woman at the front desk was new and was not trained properly. She had to constantly run back to staff that were busy to ask what to do next. Of course, I do not blame her, she should have been trained properly before being thrown to the front.
Once I went to the back, everything was great, the MA was nice and appropriate . The NP, Joanne--or joanna, I think, was thorough and caring and I would recommend HER. Not this location or clinic.
