Wait was on the longer side, however, I was a new patient. The wait was COMPLETELY worth it as Naida was far the most comfortable and thorough doctor I have been to, primary or specialist. She cared about my health holistically, even noting which kind of ink was used in my many tattoos. She did not push vaccines/birth control I was not interested in and I left feeling at ease over the issue with which I had come in with.

Expect to wait more than 30 min. to see Dr. Naida. She is a very busy doctor who has a lot of patients - and that is because she is a great Doctor ! Unlike other gynocologists that were not compassionate, Dr. Naida is caring person who wants to make sure your health is in good condition.

Dr. Naida Dzanic-Cemalovic is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Prior to her American postgraduate medical education Dr. Naida earned her medical degree and Master of Science in pharmacology and then a PhD in gynecologic oncology from Zagreb University School of Medicine in Croatia. She spent one year at the Medical University Clinic of Vienna where she performed the experimental part of her PhD thesis.
Additionally she received her Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Hull in Great Britain.
Her American postgraduate medical education includes an internship in obstetrics and gynecology at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, Long Island and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Mount Sinai, Queens Hospital Center.
Dr. Naida is a Fellow of The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of New York Queens Medical Society.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the actual care was good. The office itself did seem a bit unorganized (no one at the front desk when I arrived, long wait time in the room before meeting with the nurse and doctor, the nurse stated she would return to get my vitals but they were never checked).

I loved Dr. Naida. She was kind, non-judgemental, and personable. I went at the end of the day during the week and was seen right away.

I have had a terrible time finding a gynecologist in NYC, but I think I finally found one! Dr. Naida (and her staff) were extremely personable, and she was very thorough in her exam and chat with me. The wait time was a little long, but I've come to expect that at GYN visits, and when the staff is friendly it goes a long way.
Worth noting they don't take credit cards - I had to walk down the block to an ATM to get cash for my copay. So be prepared for that!
