“I was rescheduled for my appointment since Dr. Brill had an earlier appt. Dr. Brill gets straight to the point, was very knowledgeable about my situation and was quick to follow up on test results over a number of days.
However, overall I felt the office was too busy (reception was on the phone nonstop and quite curt) and the doctor seemed to in a hurry. I was there to discuss about complications but didn’t feel I had enough time or care from the reception or the doctor herself. Nurse was very nice and empathetic though.
I also second the mention about the awkward position of the chair facing the door. They could easily put a curtain or something to avoid awkwardness if and when the door needs to be open.
