Very knowledgeable and friendly. Spends a lot of time understanding issues and does not rush patients. What a great Doctor!
Very personable and takes the time to get to know you. He made sure I understood the treatment before he left.

Awful place avoid if you can. 3 times I've had issues with them. Last time I booked only to show up and they were closing down stating that there call center was let go early that day and they didn't bother cancelling their zoc doc appointments the rest of the day. Another time I called and asked what was considered a fasted state as I had to have my blood drawn that day, the person on the line had no idea and when I asked if she could ask someone she was rude and refused to ask a doctor or anyone next to her. Multiple times I have called and put on a 10+ minute hold, seriously the worst doctor's office avoid at all costs if you can.

If you can find anywhere else to go I recommend it! They treat you like a criminal, wait for a really long time, and then dismiss your feelings. Unacceptable.

Very good communication

It was roughly a 2 hour time frame before i was seen. Had a 2:00 appt, there were a couple of people when i arrived @ 1:45. I realize there is only 1 NP there. I feel like she was stressed , shw genuinely apologized for the wait. It seems unfair to schedule patients every 15 mins, and take walkins with limited staff, it is setting the staff up for failure, and some very upset patients.

Absolutely enjoyed this Doctors visit. I am a New patient, First time in a very long time I can HONESTLY say that I am glad i came!!
Verified patient
I have been a patient for quite some time and this visit was by far the quickest! I hope that they will continue to improve service and wait time. The team is always professional, results are quick and the follow up is very good!
Verified patient
It was very clean , I loved the nurses and Drs.

Natalee Calais was outstanding as were the rest of the nurses. Got in right away and they were VERY helpful. Definitely will be going back!

It was my first visit and was kind of hesitating. I have all good to say about the staff and Dr. Naj. Very neat and professional atmosphere. Highly recommend to all.

As usual it was an hour after my appointment time before Dr. Karimjee saw me. In his defense, he is very busy with his patients. One of the reasons for his popularity is that he takes time with his patients. He sees a lot of patients, but refuses to run a production line practice. It's certainly a Pro with the Con being that it may take awhile to see him.
Verified patient
Great physician seems to truly care about his patients. From my appointment time till I left was 3.5hrs for a routine visit. I'm not sure if that's what you need to do to see a good doctor but plan on half of your day for a visit. In my mind he is worth the wait.
Verified patient
He was great.
Verified patient
The visit with the doctor was great, albeit short, but the over two hours wait was intolerable. I would've highly recommended this physician, but the wait time seems to be a systemic problem that administration has no intentions of solving. The hours long wait is apparently a regular problem with the doctor according to the other patients i spoke with in the room.

I made this appointment for my 19 year old daughter and my husband took her. They came home telling me how great he was and apologized for their wait, and they the nurse was great also. We move here about 2 years ago and have been looking for a doctor. I think we found him. My whole family will be going to him. They said he just looked at her when he walked in and knew, really knew what was wrong with her(Bell's Palsy). See you soon.....
Verified patient
love the doc but the wait time was ridiculous.

Dr. Karimjee spent a fair bit of time with me reviewing my medical history and listening to my complaints and was quite deliberate in clearly explaining his recommendations and treatments for me. In attempting to get me to make some lifestyle changes he was encouraging rather than indignant or frustrated with my behavior.
Its was a very comfortable feeling like I had known him and his staff for a long time, yet this was my first visit. The wait was a little long but a patient in the waiting room said that was very unusual for his office to be behind and she's never experienced a long wait before. It was very clean and they were more than happy to listen to all my needs even though I new they were behind in time, I was not rushed or ignored for one moment of my entire experience.
Verified patient
This was my first visit with him after many great reviews online. I have been trying to find a new PCP for a while and so far I am happy with him. The wait time was very long but I have come to expect that with most doctors offices these days.
Verified patient
Even tho I had to wait it was worth it.... He listened to wait I was complaining about and that's what I really liked about him..... His staff was very polite to very patient that can in the door
Verified patient
I will never wait that long again.
Verified patient
Excellent Job sir.
