He was great! He gave me the different options for my son and explained everything. He had a lot of other ides to help him as we'll. He is well informed, friendly, very personable, and really took his time with me and my son. We felt great about making our decision and my son felt good about having to have surgery. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Patel is one of only a handful of double fellowship trained Board Certified Otolaryngologists in the United States. He has held positions in the past as a Fellow and Instructor in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
He serves on national committees (Young Physicians Committee, Speech and Swallowing Disorders Committee) through the American Association of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He is an invited lecturer for the Pediatric Otolaryngology Sections for the Osler Board Review Course giving lectures to ENT physicians who plan to take the national board exam for certification. He has also published many peer reviewed articles.
Dr. Patel specializes in pediatric Otolaryngology and practices at our Tampa and Wesley Chapel locations. He performs surgery at University Community Hospital in Tampa, All Children’s Specialty Care in New Port Richey, and New Tampa Surgery Center in Wesley Chapel.
