The person who took me in and checked my ocular pressure was great. The optometrist was good. What I didn't care for was the receptionist (curly hair) gave me attitude when I stated that I did not want to buy my glasses from their offices.

Visit was great. She is very knowledgeable and easily addressed all my questions and concerns. Wait was long but it was very busy and her staff was managing the best they could. Definitely most responsible eye doctor I’ve seen so far

Everyone in the office was great. Went above and beyond to explore my benefits and take them into consideration when offering services. The wait on the office is a bit much. I’ll try to schedule for as early as possible next time so I won’t have to wait as long.

The staff was very nice. I can give them that. I booked a 1pm appointment from ZocDoc last week. When arriving to their office, the front desk associate told me my appointment was for 3:45. The other front desk associate said that they just put the appointment in any available time slot and see them at the time originally requested. The office was packed. I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time to be put into a room, then another 30 to be seen by the doctor for five minutes. Unacceptable unless I’m in the early 2000s again?

Very fun office -- the ladies at the front desk are lively, pleasant. There was a little delay in getting my insurance card as I was a new patient, but she was very apologetic about it. And after I paid, she reminded me several times to take my credit card. Very sweet and mom like! Have a nice selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from and a very knowledgeable person who handles the sales and that section.The appointment itself was quick, but Nancy was patient and friendly with my questions. Everything moved smoothly and she checked my eyes clearly to make sure my eyes were healthy. Will definitely be coming back for my annual eye exam.

The nurses and doctor were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel comfortable. The medical care was excellent.
The only issue was how long it took for me to get in, but it was a busy weekday night. I arrived at 5:40 for my appt at 5:45, but my appointment didn't begin until 6:40. The actual appointment was wonderful, just make sure you bring a book at busy times.

Dr Argano was fine but it took forever to see her. I arrived on time but the front desk did not have my appointment in your system. After about 20 min of searching I filled out the paperwork. I was taken in an hour after my appointment time for screening tests and then waited another 20-25 min to see Dr. Argano. My entire exam was probably 15 min but out took about an hour and 40 min to leave the appointment.

Very pleasant staff, warm welcome since was my first visit there . When doctor came in to see me , at first I thought she was in a rush to attend me, but the consultation went smooth after first minutes . Dr Argano was attentive, very explicative and caring. I left and made an appointment for my son as well . Would come back again for next routine eye exam.
