“Great experience w/ Dr. Chan and team! Went for an annual eye exam today and everyone couldn’t be more professional and friendly. I’ve went to a few different Optometry places in the past, and Eyevista is still my favorite. They use state of the art technologies and Dr.Chan is extremely knowledgeable and I feel I can fully entrust him with health of my eyes.
Side note: also wanted a pair of sunglasses and the team was super patient w/ my indecisiveness ??. I ended up choosing a pair of Ray-Ban which I received a discount for. Highly recommended!”

Dr. Jack Chan takes great pride in offering every patient the absolute best in vision care. He currently resides in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, and is proud to practice in the same community where he lives. Known for being warm and caring, Dr. Chan is dedicated to providing the best care for his patients' eyes. Through continuing education, he strives to deliver superior eyecare using the latest technology and information. Dr. Chan completed a four-year Doctor of Optometry program at the State University of New York College of Optometry, graduating in 2009 with a Doctor of Optometry degree and a Master's in Vision Science.
