Took for ever to get seen, and when I was seen, the doc was smacking on gum and didn't say more than 10 words to me...I probably won't be coming back, but the receptionist was pretty hot so maybe lol

Awful I went in for a contact exam and fitting and after waiting over an hour with an appointment, and letting several of her nurses as well as her know that I wanted contacts NOT glasses she still fitted me forglasses!! I left empty handed and upset because I had been there way too long and would have to start from the beginning to get the contact exam and fitting done and to find out in thed end my insurance did not cover everything for the contacts.

To start, the woman giving me my eye tests had a cold or sinus problem and kept making that sucking sound. Then the doctor comes in the room the same way. Neither used hand sanitizer. I had to wait approximately 20minutes before anybody would come to set up for my new lenses.. Glad I was done.

Wait was way to long. All the paperwork you fill out online don't bother. They will state its not in computer so you will have to do it all over again. The only complaint I have is it just take tolong. 9:15 appt and didn't finish until 11:22 is way to long and very inconvenient

She is a great OD. She took good care of both of my kids and explain all that was needed to keep me informed of my kids eye sight. I would recommend her to anyone.

I thought this was a nice privately-owned eye doctor office with doctors who would try to stand out from the competition with their welcoming and compassionate customer care. While the girls at the front desk were the most helpful and cordialpeople in the world and helped me with choosing the right color for my eyes, Nancy Opara did all she can to ruin my trust on her as a business person. It was evident that her purpose was not to help me with satisfying my needs, which in turn would definitely have retained me as a customer and further increased her business; she blatantly showed me how she only cares about money by trying to make me believe I should not wear colored lenses and that she did not have any samples to make me try. This is unfortunate, because I wish she was just at least 1% as nice as the girls at the front desk. It was not a problem for the girls at the front to make me try three colors and actually they gave me exactly what I came there for. The front desk girls have authentic empathy skills, which I hope will let them grow in their career and I really wish the absolute best for them. These girls seem to be very good in understanding the needs of their customer: I wanted colored contacts lenses that happen to also have a prescription and they stepped up and showed me what they have to offer by giving precious advises based on their experience and knowledge. Not so much for Nancy though.
