Really bad experience- the personal is not welcoming at all from the beginning (the office) to the end (with the nurse for a blood test).
Nobody smiles and seems just annoyed to be there, personal was just cold and I will probably never go back ever again.

The office is very efficient. If you're looking for a doctor that makes sure you get in and out, this is a great place. Not the warmest bedside manner, but it could be because everyone is pressed for time. Overall, I'd say spending a bit more time to get to know the patient and build some rapport would probably go a long way. Otherwise, all needs were met. Nothing to rave nor complain about.

An excellent internist. Although my reason for visiting was not resolved, it wasn't her fault, it was Zocdoc's. They have her listed as diagnosing one condition that she does not actually work with. She very politely referred me to a specialist.

I almost felt that I was bullied by this doctor. It had been a week and I suspected that I had an infection. Threw up and had abdominal pain, light headed. Wanted to see a doctor right away and I found her at ZocDoc in the same day. When she walked in the room she started to ask how I got my appointment and stated she was not an emergency doctor and she had her routine patients and wasn't supposed to see one time patient. She emphathized again and again that I should have called my PCP and should follow up with my PCP. I explained that I had only seen my PCP once and was going to find a different one and she replied that "everyone says that". She was angry the fact that I was there and at the end she rushed me out and said bye (in a way like bye forever and never ever show up again). She is the rudest doctor I have ever seen and I was so disappointed by the fact that this kind of person can become a doctor just because she had the professional trainings however she did not care about patients and showed no respect to another human being. I will never go back for sure.

My visit was great but ZocDoc needs to gather and the display the correct information on what services each doctor actually provides. It would have saved me time and money to know this information before hand and not book an appointment with the incorrect person.

Dr. Tran was great. Her office, Tufts Medical Center was not as great-- long wait, confused with paperwork, took a while to get called to check in, to check out and they didn't have any of the information I entered on Zocdoc!

The wait time was really short - maybe two minutes before I got called by a nurse. Dr. Tran answered my medical questions in a professional manner. Got a nice sense of humor. Highly recommend.

Listened well, asked questions, made me feel like I was heard. I felt very comfortable with the physical exam. Dr. Tran talked me through each step of what she was doing and explained why she was doing it. Also, was very friendly and non-patronizing.
