A new patient here and the staff are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered. I had an appointment with Doctor Ann Strain and she was very nice and made sure all my health concerns are answered. Shedidn't rush me and really listens to all my concerns.

She takes on quite a bit. Always busy at her practice but they are working really hard to get everyone through. When she finally sees me I always feel like she is paying attention and cares. I know how hard itmust be to manage so many patients but she does a great job. Of course in this rat race world, you will never make everyone happy.

Dr. Kanen is amazing. She cares, is compassionate, and is extremely, extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Kanen really takes the time to listen to a patient and come up with a very intelligent approach-it is evident from the beginning that she deeplycares about every patient of hers and wants the best for them. Beyond an incredible bedside manner, she really is the sharpest, most intelligent Doctor in her field. I absolutely give the strongest recommendation for Dr. Kanen.

The doctor is amazing, the office was somewhat clean. You could tell the staff was not going through the waiting room on a regular basis by the old papers on the wall that displayed events over a month old. Not impressedwith the way the office is ran have had my time wasted more than have been helped. Seems to take numerous attempts to get anything accomplished unless you physically go into the office and speak to someone. Even when doing this (another time killer) things do not always get worked out. It is a pity since Dr. Kanen is an amazing professional that she is being represented in this manner.

The wait time at Dr Kanen's office has always been > 45mins with appointments. The staff does not answer any questions and completely ignored me for 15 mins while I waited at the window. Dr Kanen gave me a printed copywith the medication listed but did not send a prescription to the pharmacy, took me 2 more phone calls to the office to get it resolved.

Excellent..I give her two thumbs up. You can tell she enjoys what she does. I was a little nervous about seeing a new doctor. We just moved here from out of state, and we have not had luck. However, she waswinner with my husband and I have to say, I was pleasantly happy with my first visit. I look forward to being under her care. She immediately jumped on having some tests done so she can really see what is going on with me. She also ordered my medical records from my previous doctor which is out of state.

Easy to get to, good parking. The staff are friendly and professional. The office is nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. The doctor is kind, shows genuine interest, listens and asks all the questions you would hope your doctor asks.Blood work can be done at the same office. I have found a good doctor (what a relief).

I've seen this doctor twice and was pretty happy. Parking isn't great, but not impossible. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Her accent is a little strong, but that might just be me. I got about 95% of what she was saying.She's very nice and I felt comfortable talking to her, and felt like she listened and asked enough questions, which is something my previous doctor lacked. Only negative was that the doctor she referred me to doesn't actually do the procedure I needed, so there was a little confusion with that. Overall a good experience.
