I waited to be seen and had to call the office. I feel bad for giving such a low review as the receptionist was really sweet! But they: a. Didn’t even know I had made the appointment (despite Zocdoc’s confirmation of my appointment). b. Didn’t take my insurance despite advertising specifically that they accepted take my particular insurance. He may be a perfectly lovely doctor - but I never got to see him. :(
