I had to wait 30 minutes in the room waiting for the doctor. I was convinced she had forgotten about me. She finally came in and we spent maybe 2 minutes together.

I went in with a fairly debilitating case of vertigo. I was seen by the audiologist for most of the time and finally saw Dr. Earl in the last ten minutes of the appointment. I was pretty freaked out by mycondition but felt that Dr. Earl rushed through the appointment, did not fully address my questions and was not very assuring. She insisted that it would go away in a few days and did not provide any options if it did not. I later talked to my primary and she said that Dr. Earl should have shown me how to do a particular exercise on my own to help it go away. I tried to schedule a follow up through ZocDoc. Although my appointment was confirmed on the app, someone from the office called to confirm. There was feedback on the line when I picked up so I couldn’t hear the receptionist. I tried calling back immediately and no one answered. When I hung up the phone, I saw my appointment had been immediately cancelled. When I finally got in touch with the office, they said it was their policy to cancel appointments when they can’t get in touch with someone after one attempt. And even though I had picked up the phone and there was a problem with the line, they considered that grounds to cancel my appointment. I ended up just scheduling a follow up with my primary because it was too difficult to make a follow up and I felt like I had been rushed through my appointment.

This was my first visit to this office and with Dr. Earl. The nurse practitioner, audiologist, and doctor were all professional and friendly. I felt at ease with all of them. The visit was thorough and I never felt rushed. Eachindividual was happy to answer my questions and explain what I needed to understand. My only complaint was the receptionist. Unfortunately, she is who you first interact with and gives you the biggest impression of the office. This particular receptionist was inattentive and highly unprofessional. She was heard complaining about various people and incidents. She was blatantly attending to her social media as opposed to serving myself or the individual in line behind me. It's a shame that my interaction with her set my visit off on the wrong foot.

Dr. Earl was easy to speak to and she was a good listener. She look care to ask about my symptoms, gave helpful suggestions, was thorough in her explanations and provided me with written notes on follow-up information. The opposite couldbe said for the receptionist staff. I found her to be cold, unwelcoming, short with the patients when arriving for the check-in process, and very load when talking to others in the office. Some of the language could have been different as there were children in the office.

I am so disappointed in my experience with this practice. I went for an appointment with Dr. Earl, things were fine and she ordered an at-home sleep test for me. The test was challenging but no more so than any sleeptest and the company they used worked very well. However, no follow up communication from Dr. Earl or the Feldman practice. The sleep test company, not the doctor, informed me that a second test had been ordered for me -- a titration test -- but that even with insurance renting a C-PAP machine for the test would cost hundreds of dollars and I should talk to my doctor about purchasing one instead. I left four messages on the medical assistant/doctor line (being transferred there from the main line after explaining the situation to the receptionist), and zero response. I'm really disappointed (and not sleeping well in the meantime while this happened for a few weeks), and now I have to start testing all over again at a different doctor's office. What a shame.

I had been to a lot of other specialists trying to figure out what my issue is so I had done a lot of the legwork for her, but she very patiently listened to my concerns and my history of everythingI had already done/tried. She explained the next steps very thoroughly too. She didn't seem to rush me out like other specialists/dr's.

Dr. Earl was fantastic. She was efficient, yet thoughtful. She listened and asked all the right questions. I had been dealing with the same issue for years and always thought it was my sinuses, but she quickly realized that it waslikely due to a different cause. She was excellent, as was the rest of the staff.
