Staff, medical assistant, audiologist and Dr. Earl were all very good. Dr. Earl had a very good "bedside" manner and listenedto all my concerns. I would go back.

Dr. Earl found my thyroid nodule that turned out to be cancer. She and her office were lightning fast to get me referred for ultrasounds and biopsies and quick to provide other providers with what they needed from her to diagnose me. I appreciated her sensitivity delivering tough news as well.

Dr Earl and her team are great. After taking my history, she explained her diagnosis in great detail, but still made sure she investigated all other possibilities to ensure her diagnosis was correct. She's very friendly and cordial, and very knowledgeable.

My comments reflect my honest thoughts: the Doctor was excellent, and also delightful! But I had to wait 30 minutes, and since I had already arrived over 20 minutes early to fill out "new patient" forms, the total wait was longer than I liked. I used the time to clear junk mail out of my email "inbox" (joke!), but, honestly, no one even said "boo" about the delay. My appointment was at 9:10 and I was ushered into the Doctor's office exactly 30 minutes later, as if that was the normal pattern. Hope that isn't true!

I had to wait 30 minutes in the room waiting for the doctor. I was convinced she had forgotten about me. She finally came in and we spent maybe 2 minutes together.

I went in with a fairly debilitating case of vertigo. I was seen by the audiologist for most of the time and finally saw Dr. Earl in the last ten minutes of the appointment. I was pretty freaked out by my condition but felt that Dr. Earl rushed through the appointment, did not fully address my questions and was not very assuring. She insisted that it would go away in a few days and did not provide any options if it did not. I later talked to my primary and she said that Dr. Earl should have shown me how to do a particular exercise on my own to help it go away. I tried to schedule a follow up through ZocDoc. Although my appointment was confirmed on the app, someone from the office called to confirm. There was feedback on the line when I picked up so I couldn’t hear the receptionist. I tried calling back immediately and no one answered. When I hung up the phone, I saw my appointment had been immediately cancelled. When I finally got in touch with the office, they said it was their policy to cancel appointments when they can’t get in touch with someone after one attempt. And even though I had picked up the phone and there was a problem with the line, they considered that grounds to cancel my appointment. I ended up just scheduling a follow up with my primary because it was too difficult to make a follow up and I felt like I had been rushed through my appointment.

This was my first visit to this office and with Dr. Earl. The nurse practitioner, audiologist, and doctor were all professional and friendly. I felt at ease with all of them. The visit was thorough and I never felt rushed. Each individual was happy to answer my questions and explain what I needed to understand. My only complaint was the receptionist. Unfortunately, she is who you first interact with and gives you the biggest impression of the office. This particular receptionist was inattentive and highly unprofessional. She was heard complaining about various people and incidents. She was blatantly attending to her social media as opposed to serving myself or the individual in line behind me. It's a shame that my interaction with her set my visit off on the wrong foot.
