Dr. Earl is great! She's competent and thorough. I feel like I am getting excellent care. Her waiting room is generally full and you should anticipate a bit of a wait before and during each visit. She can also be a bit rushed in her delivery of information. Come prepared with your questions. She will answer anything but doesn't have much time to wait around while you think of questions on the spot.
Dr. Earl was fantastic with my son!
I highly recommend Dr. Earl!
Dr. Earl did a great job. It took a bit of time to see her, but her diagnosis was right on the money.Everybody in the office seemed nice. A really pleasant experience.
Dr Earl is amazing. She was able to treat a stress induced mouth sore problem that has plagued my son for years. I’ve seen lots of doctors in this practice and while they are all good, she is one of the best.
Dr. Earl is a fantastic doctor. Love the zoc doc app for making appointments online, especially when the office is closed.
Fantastic job! Warm and personal. Took time with my daughter.
She listens. She takes the time to focus on your issues, questions and concerns. She is a terrific doctor!!
The doctor is fine, the ear technician is great the assistants are a pleasure, and the front desk lady os great, once you get in.. They asked me to come 20 minutes before the appointment, to let me sit in the hallway. Once I got in it was another 20 minutes. Then once my actual appointment started all was fine! If you set clear policies on being late and missing appointments, you should embrace the same courtesy to your customers, or at least let them wait inside instead of the hallway floor.
great doc. excellent experience.
The doctor was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. Could have done without the long wait, though.
She was genuine, professional, and humorous!
Dr. Earl was very knowledgeable, thorough and kind! Would recommend to anyone! A bit of a long wait time but worth it!
Always have had a good experience with her as my ENT. I have gone to quite a few ENT's in my life, but think she is the best. I have referred her to friends as well.
Dr. Earl is an awesome physician. She has so much patient. I have extremely sensitive ears. Dr. Earl exceeds my expectation. Her staff is always professional, friendly and helpful too.
The waiting time in the office area was fine. The waiting time in the examination room was a little longer than expected. I'd rather wait in the office area than in the examination room until the doctor is ready to see the patient. It is difficult to be confined in the examination area for any period of time without the doctor being present.
She takes her time to explain and discuss everything. She is super warm and friendly and really takes the time to listen.
She was amazing! Told me my issue, what's causing it, and how to make it better.
The wait time before the doctor saw me was longer than expected despite having sent the insurance card beforehand via Zocdoc but still, it took longer. The lady who helped me at the front desk was friendly but others don't seem that friendly. I feel like front desk people are the first face of the company, thus should be friendly.
Top doctor in the Washington Metro Area
Superb care by both Dr. Earl and her staff.
My son and I have both seen Dr. Earl. Both times she was very nice and professional.
This was not my first visit with Dr Earl. She's a wonderful Doctor whom I have great respect for and faith in.
Dr. Earl is wonderful, the consumate professional- efficient and compassionate; she fixed my ear problem and I was in my way in less than 45 minutes. Painless too.
I didn't feel rushed as this appointment. Dr. Earl answered all of my questions and was thorough in her explanations. I will definitely recommend.
Dr. Earl was fabulous. She eased my anxiety and diagnosed my symptoms in one simple visit. I highly recommend her - and she will be my go to ENT.
She was great!
As always, Dr. Earl pinpointed and resolved my issue immediately. She and her staff are always very friendly and available for questions. Would (and have) recommend her to friends and family.
Dr. Earl was excellent. She was professional, explained everything clearly, and patiently answered all of my questions, while still getting me out in only a few minutes. The RN I saw, Andrew, was also great, putting me at ease and handling my initial exam efficiently. The front desk staff were slightly off-putting. Don't expect them to greet you or acknowledge you - I found I had to speak up to get their attention both entering and exiting the office, after standing awkwardly in front of the desk while they ignored me for a while. Not a big deal, and they processed my paperwork very efficiently, just a note to other patients to be more assertive than you may be inclined to normally be.
Dr. Earl is great - personable and and excellent doctor. I've known her for a few years, and have always been very pleased.
So pleasant and knowledgeable . She made my daughter feel very comfortable.
Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and nice. Everything I seek in a doctor, and nothing I don't. I was diagnosed, treatment prescribed, and released in 15 minutes, with no rush or fuss.
The doctor was super nice and the nurses and receptionists were all nice and funny!
This was my third visit with Dr. Earl. I like her, and she's timely on her appointments. She will continue to be my ENT.
Very short and rushed.
I'm very impressed with Dr. Earl. She was approachable, very friendly, easy to talk to. She also took time to listen, and didn't make me feel rushed - rare qualities in a doctor these days. She clearly knows her field. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Earl is very professional and communicative. She explains things thoroughly and doesn't make us feel rushed through our appointments. Highly recommended!
The office environment was a bit unprofessional, and the office a bit old. Dr. Earl was perfectly nice and helpful, but seemed very rushed which I did not like.
They were able to call me back before I finished my paperwork! I met with the assistant first - super pleasant - and then with the doctor. She was down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Front desk was friendly and helpful, too!
She is excellent! Patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Have been going to her for years now.
First time visit. Dr. Earl did a nice job of easing my daughter's fears and talking with me about options. I appreciated her focus on noninvasive remedies.
Great doctor, good attitude and no egotistical manner Very helpful, laid out the options available and gave me guidance
Love Dr. Natalie!
Nice visit. I look forward to having Dr. Earl as my physician.
Dr. Earl is a wonderful doctor. She is very personable. She knows what she is doing. She is also very supportive of her patients. My family is so happy that we found her as our ENT.
Dr. Earl is clearly knowledgeable and the office staff are all very pleasant to interact with. They were very quick with everything, but I'm not yet sure whether that was a good or bad thing. Since it was my first visit, I can't say for sure if everything was done. If they truly got the job done and thoroughly checked everything then I have no complaints, I just hope that was in fact the case. I was given a full list of next steps and medication and some insight into some of the issues were. I will be back for a follow-up next week so I will be able to see if everything was checked. The only negative I have is wait time. My appointment was at 9:30am and I wasn't seen until about 20 minutes after that time. Also, after Dr. Earl would come into the room and leave again, it would be about another 10-15 minutes before she would come back each time (that was twice). When the doctor was finished with me and left, I wanted to ask her an additional question that I forgot about, but she had already moved on to another patient, I presume, because I had to wait another 15 minutes to ask her one quick question.Either they overbook here or they don't judge how much actual time Dr. Earl really needs for each patient (maybe that is why they work so quickly). I would have liked the appointment to not have so much wait time during the visit, but other than that, it was a great visit! Highly recommended!
Everyone in the practice was super friendly, and Dr Earl was very competent and helpful.
I thought Dr. Earl was warm and professional. She had a great bedside manner and showed concerned and listened to my problem.
Dr. Earl was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. She spent lots of time with me and provided beneficial answers to a long stand throat issue. I will certainly recommend her.
Dr. Natalie Earl is a very bright, capable and engaging doctor that I have used for a few years. She is always searching to find the best solution to any problem and engages the patient in a dialogue to ensure everyone is on the same page and agrees on the options and course of action. I highly recommend her.
She's kind and skilled.
Dr. Earl and the other professionals at Feldman ENT are top-rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for sensitive, painless care.
She did a fabulous job. She was very clear with my diagnosis and what to do to deal with it. Also, the nursing staff was phenomenal...very patient and effective.
Dr. Earl was great and so is the office staff. I did have a long wait to be seen, but that could be because I went on the last day of the year.
Dr Earl was comprehensive and professional while still making the experience personal.
Dr. Earl was wonderful. She was very professional, a good listener and made suggestions on doing a procedure differently to make me more comfortable. I am very happy I found her!
Actually, most of my treatment was performed by Tiffany, who was quick, efficient and funny. I enjoyed meeting her! I greatly enjoyed my interaction with everyone I spoke to in the office and Dr. Earl was great!
Very pleasant appointment with an excellent outcome. Thanks!
The front desk struggled with my registration but it wasn't the employee's fault--it was a hardware problem. The audiologist was great. I liked Dr. Earl a lot, until she told me she would be back (had to take a phone call) and then left me standing in the room. Of course everyone makes mistakes, but I felt disrespected.
I have taken my daughter to see Dr. Earl several times so I knew she was great with children. I really like seeing her myself as well. She is very friendly and puts you at ease.
Dr. Earl is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. There aren't too many doctors around with those positive attributes!
I HAD A GREAT VISIT. I ENJOYED DR EARL AND THE THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT.
Amazing doc! Love her and would highly recommend her.
The doctor canceled on me 3 hours before my appointment. I was not pleased with this.
The medical part was fine. I was displeased that I got a call a couple hours before the scheduled appointment saying the doctor needed to leave at the same time as our appointment (scheduled about six weeks in advance) was scheduled for and asking if we could come early. That was pretty inconvenient to rearrange, but I managed to leave work early and pick my daughter up from school earlier than planned, pay for an Uber rather than public transportation and get to the doctor's office about 15 minutes earlier than the appointment was scheduled for. Despite all that, we still waited for about 30 minutes. No explanation or apology was given.
Dr Earl was very pleasant and thorough with her explanation of my condition. She got back to me the same day with my imaging results. Staff was very nice. Very pleased with her and my experience. I've already referred my mom to her!
I waited an hour to see the technician who removed was from my ears. It was another 15 minutes after she finished until Dr. Earl came in, looked in my ears and said everything was fine. I really didn't need to see her at all and could have been out of there in 15 minutes if the technician could have seen me on time.
She was professional easy to talk to.
Very pleasant, knowledgeable and timely.
She is amazing. She is so smart and has such a great demeanor. She spends as much time as needed and answers all my questions.
Dr. Earle is very attentive, took the time to answer all my questions, and made great referrals to me for additional information about my condition. I felt I was heard as a patient and that's really important to me.
She understands the value of relationships with her patients!
Good listener! Gave clear concise information in a caring manner. Very pleased to have her helping me.
Very thorough and explained everything .
Professional as usual. I have this reoccuring issue that we believe we have an answer for. She has referred me to another specialist for a consultation and update. I am happy with the results thus far.
Experience with the doctor and the assistant were great. They were very capable and personable, and took the time to explain things very well.
The advance time they required for a new patient was way longer than it took to fill out the forms. Needlessly long wait.
Dr. Earl is very knowledgeable and informative. She took the time to go through all the possible reasons for my symptoms and provided rationale for her treatment plan in great detail!
She was extremely professional and thorough. We have been to several other doctors for the same issue and none of them were able to figure out the problem except her!
My visit as a first time patient was fantastic. I arrived early to fill out paperwork and they were able to get me in and out before my schedule appointment time. All the staff were professional and upbeat. Dr. Earl and her nurse were great! The listened attentively and walked me through the process of everything and offered advice. I would highly recommend visiting their office.
Dr. Earl is very professional but also a warm and caring doctor. She is extremely efficient but she does not rush you in and out of the office. She wants to know of any issues you have so she can address them.. Great doctor!
Dr. Earl is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I was very impressed with her during my visit.
Once again, she knew just what to do. I had vertigo, which was treated by her audiology staff. Very reassuring, spent enough time to "talk me off the ledge" (first time for vertigo that severe, very scary). Staff are friendly, efficient.
Dr. Earl is very competent and I would highly recommend her. I was searching for someone who was knowledgeable and helpful after dealing with primary care doctors who were not super helpful to me. So far, I am pleased with my experience and would recommend her to other patients who need answers.
There seems to be a pattern in DC of great doctors with bad office staff. Dr. Earl is amazing but I've had problems dealing with her office in terms of scheduling visits and making bill payments.
My mom referred me to the Feldman ENT Group and from the time I was greeted until the time I walked out the door, my experience was wonderful. Thank you Feldman ENT Grouo for your help and great customer service!
Dr. Earl is a FANTASTIC ENT. She is very knowledge and cares so much about her patients. We have been going to see her for 8 yrs! We look forward to seeing her.
I have been going to Dr. Earl for years! I cannot say enough good things about her...starting with my first visit. Strongly recommend her....she goes above and beyond!
She didn't spend a lot of time with me but her assistant, who flushed out my ear, was great. Both very personable and friendly. I would definitely contact them for a hearing test in the future.
She's simply great. They were very comprehensive. My only criticism would be the filling out of the forms - I did them online yet was asked to do them again when I arrived at the office. I didn't mind, I just wondered what may have happened to my online info. Other than that, FANTASTIC. I was pretty much in and out.
The office and the staff were all very pleasant and seemed very competent. I only waited about 15 minutes for my appointment, much of it while I was filling out paperwork as a new patient. Dr. Earl was able to identify the problem I had been unsuccessfully treated for by my primary care practice, and I feel confident I am on the road to recovery.
Very efficient. Excellent bedside manner. Very good at relating to and dealing with children. I would highly recommend Dr Earl.
Dr Earle cares for her parients. She Takes Time To listen to them. Best of the best. Michelle S
Dr. Earl was very professional and pleasant.
I went to Dr. Earl for ringing in my ears. She and the rest of the office staff were friendly and reassuring and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Earl took the time to explain to me and answer my questions. I would highly recommend her!
I was very pleased - Dr. Earl was very competent and reassuring.
Everything was excellent. All of my issues were addressed in a quick, professional and caring manner. Dr. Earl is the best.
Dr Earl was attentive, responsive and knowledgeable .
She's amazing! Knows everything ent related and so nice and personable! Highly recommend her!
Dr Earl examined and snipped my newborn daughter's tongue tie. Visit was professional and met expectations - I would go back to Dr Earl and the practice.
Very thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions. I have seen her as an adult patient, and she has also seen my child. Recommended by my Pediatrician also.
Dr. Earl was very helpful in diagnosing and recommending treatment. Effective and efficient with clear explanations along the way.
I will absolutely make a follow-up appt. to see Dr. Earl. She was pleasant and quite professionally knowledgeable. My only complaint was the wait. I was not seen until nearly 3:15p for a 2:40p appointment. The staff was indeed friendly and accommodating and explained that it was an uncharacteristically busy "ear" day! In any case, stuff happens, so I won't abandon a second visit due to an anomaly.
Dr. Earl is very friendly and professional. I like her manner very much. She has been my doctor for several years. My husband went to her and also liked her.
Dr. Earl is amazing! She actually listens to your response when she asks a question. She is very friendly, and easy to talk to. She performed a surgery for me seven years ago and it has improved my life dramatically. I highly recommend Dr. Earl!
She is a tremendous doctor. I have been seeing her for years and will not go to anyone else.
Dr. Earl was great! She seems to know her stuff and she communicates well. Very relatable. The wait was longer than I'd hoped, though, about 30 minutes past the appointment time even though I arrived early to fill out paperwork, etc. Overall a very positive experience.
Dr Earl was competent but rushed. Either she or her assistant requested the wrong lab work, a MRI instead of an ultrasound. She did not bother to write the name of the over-the -counter medication. I got to the store to discover there was Clariton or Claritin D. Today, she left a voice mail at 9:00 am to call her about my test results and started to leave the wrong telephone number, then realized it, changed it at mid-number that was unintelligible. I left a message at her office. It is now 4:47 pm and I have not heard from her.
Dr Earl is a sweet, caring professional. During my visit, she was thorough and was able to answer all my questions.
Even though I was late, staff were gracious
Dr. Earl was very pleasant and put you at ease immediately. I greatly appreciated her thoroughness and knowledge with the ability to earmark issues quickly.
Dr. Earl is positively inclined, friendly, capable, informative, and effective. She listens!
I came to Dr. Earl after a bad initial ENT consult from WHC. I had come in with concerns about high pitch ringing /pain in my ears. Dr. Earl did a full exam and reassured my anxiety. I have already recommended her to a few of my co-workers and friends.
Great visit! Easy bedside manner and helped me to kick flu/cold that had been around for weeks.
Our visit was quick but she diagnosed the problem. I feel comfident we are on the right track!
My visit was a nice experience. Dr. Earl is a very efficient and thorough professional. She knew how to reassure me and instill confidence in me as far as her diagnosis and potential course of treatment is concerned.
This doctor was awesome!
Although the receptionist a bit loud, but the atmosphere in the clinic is very friendly. The doctor and her assistant are very friendly and warm, and she explains everything very clearly to my teenage son, which makes him very happy.
Dr. Earl was friendly and informative. My wife and I had a very positive experience with her.
Dr. Earl was quick and efficient without being short. My problems were addressed and I left with a plan in place to treat them. Overall it was a good experience.
I will continue to see Dr. Earl for my ear problems. She does seem a bit pressed for time, but I've have my more important issues addressed by her. Mary M.
She is wonderful. Warm, pleasant, informed, and takes her time. Great sense of humor, understanding and easy to talk to. Just what I needed! Highly highly recommend!!
Dr. Earl was a superstar -- eager to listen and ask questions and then quick to diagnose and offer a number of potential solutions. My wait time was nearly an hour, though, which was unfortunate.
It was my first visit to this office, and I only waited 5 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The staff was exceedingly friendly and expedient; once in the office they quickly discussed my issues, tested my hearing, and then I met with the doctor to discuss my symptoms and diagnosis. Dr. Earl was very professional but still down to earth, and very easy to chat with. I never felt rushed, and felt she fully explained my issues and gave good recommendations. Highly recommend Dr. Earl and this practice!
Dr. Earl is very friendly, competent, open to questions and gives helpful advice. She was very thorough and gave me good advice on how to help avoid further problems. I highly recommend her. Even her assistant was friendly, professional and thorough. My daughter came to the appointment with me and she is now going to use Dr. Earl for the man she takes care of.
I saw Dr. Early for allergies. She is very good but only saw MD for less than five minutes. I will continue to be a client because she did what was needed despite the short evaluation.
I love Dr. Earle. She is very professional and kind and just a great person and doctor.
I think she's a wonderful Dr. who makes me feel comfortable and not rushed. I've taken my 3 year old to her and if I ever need to take my older son to the practice, I would only see Dr. Earl! I highly recommend her.
Dr Earl was wonderful. Very informative and very understanding. Great doctor!
Dr. Earl is disorganized. She is a ENT specialist but unaware of the specific diet a suffer of acid reflux should follow. She did, however, properly diagnose me, she just couldn't treat me despite my willingness to take meds for three months and follow a strict diet.
I keep up with my ENT health issues. Been dealing with THIS issue since 1992 with different ENT doctors. Dr. Earl is one of the best doctors that have treated my condition. I am very pleased with her handling of my issue. I also like the reception staff and her Health Team Assistants. All professional and very supportative.
She is always pleasant and most of all informative
She gets connected 2 d patient. She listens n explains every detail that I need to know. I've seen many doctors n I know she is d best.
I feel comfortable with Dr. Earl's treatment plan, and she seems willing to work with me through any complications. She able to listen to what outside events may have an impact on treatment, and suggest alternatives.
We love Dr Earl. She is compassionate and takes her time with you. Great with nervous moms.
An excellent practitioner
The wait was a little long - but worth it. Dr. Earl and her staff are fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Earl is knowledgable, friendly and takes time to answer questions. My son loves her! Of all the doctors he has seen, she is his favorite.
My son loves Dr. Earl. She is great with kids and is so knowledgable about his ear issue. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
She is very personable and quite efficient.
Dr. Earl treated my ear problems in a conservative, but thorough, manner, with a treatment plan and a week's follow-up. I have seen her once before for ear problems and would not call anyone else unless she was unavailable.
I had a very nice experience with Dr. Earl. She listened carefully and gave me a diagnosis and treatment plan.
I was very pleased. I was late for my appointment by 1/2 hour because of delays on the metro and Dr. Earl still saw me. My wait time was no more than 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the way I was treated by the staff and Dr. Earl.
Smart, insightful, very pleasant.
Dr. Earl is extremely competent and most caring.
The doctor and her staff were excellent!! They were caring, knowledgeable and professional
I have been seeing her for years. She is fantastic.
She listened to my concerns and explained everything in a way I could understand.
the office was nice and staff was pleasant. dr earl has a great bedside manner/very personable. she took time to listen to my problem and gave her recommendation. i did not feel that i was rushed.
I enjoy having her as an ENT. She is always so thorough and makes sure I understand my diagnosis.
Thorough, professional and very pleasant.
Very professional and warm.
Thought she was professional and competent. She answered all of my questions. I thought everyone on her team was good
Dr. Earl and her staff treated my mother wonderfully from the time she stepped into the office. Every staff member we interacted with during our time at the office was courtesy and kind. Dr. Earl addressed all my mothers concerns and she felt completely at ease in her care. We would highly recommend Dr. Earl to anyone in the DC / MD area needing an ENT.
She provided excellent care
She was amazing!! I wish she could be my doctor for everything. She explained everything so well and was very patient and kind. I will definitely be telling all my friends about her!
Exvellent bedside manner, diagnosis feedback very detailed, showed true interest and a compassionate aproach. I highly recommend Dr Natalie.
Loved her! Professional and engaged! Thanks
Dr. Earl was very competent. Also want to give credit to Winnie who made me feel comfortable and provided excellent service.
Very professional and warmly treated. Great people skills!
She is very professional and a good doctor.
Very thorough and pleasant.
Dr. Earl was recommended by our family pediatrician and we have happily made referrals for her service. She is extremely knowledgable and professional.
Exceptional considering I was over 30 minutes late. She took the time to fit me into her schedule anyway. I thought surely I would have to make another appointment. She was very understanding and health situation is being addressed. I greatly appreciate that she asked me call if I have any issues.
I loved Dr Earl! She was kind and empathic and spent time responding to my questions with thoughtful, helpful responses. I also loved her staff and the audiologist. I highly recommend this delightful group!
there was dreadful traffic and everyone arriving for their appointments was late. All the staff was very understanding and gracious under pressure. Dr. Earl, her medical assistant and the audiology doctor were all lovely and helped begin to solve my complicated array of symptoms
Well run office. Pleasant, efficient assistants. Physician both pleasant and professional.
Both the staff and Dr. Earl were wonderful.
Professional Staff w/ great bedside manner
She's a terrific Doctor. She answered all of my questions and did a very thorough exam. I would highly recommend her!
She wasvexcellent, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.?
I have been going to her since she first started working with this group, she is excellent!
Would highly reccomend
Very professional and thorough
She's the best.
Very professional treatment.
I was very pleased. She diagnosed my condition and gave very good explanation and ordered prescription.
She's a good doctor, knows her stuff and listens to her patient.
I was taken care of in a very professional and efficient manner. I did have to wait about 20 minutes between the time I saw the technician and Dr. Earl.
I really liked Dr. Earl. She was nice, clear, answered my questions, and recommended an over-the-counter medication that worked well!
I am experiencing a constant sound in my ears. I felt good that a name was attached to the condition.
Great doc. Knows her stuff. She is the best and the staff is great. Michelle S
Everything people are saying about Dr. Earl is true. She's incredibly attentive and (shocking) actually listens to everything you say. She's honest and thorough - and I thinks she'a great doctor.
Dr. Earl was very easy to talk with. She is thorough, knowledgeable, listens well, answers all questions and explains things very clearly.
She is very easy to talk to and communicate with. She was a great choice for us.
She is not a good doctor for children with special needs.
Dr. Earl is a fabulous doctor. She always takes time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have.
great assesment of issue and good plan to treat/approach... Explained everything very clearly and hand wrote action plans/order of events. thanks!
We have gotten NO ANSWERS to our daughter's ailments and feel like we are just getting the run around. It is impossible to read the office to speak to a live human being. My daughter is miserable hacking every few minutes for the past YEAR and after all the different TESTS... we STILL HAVE NO ANSWERS!!! This is incredibly frustrating and the LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH IS ASTOUNDING. WILL Dr. EARL PLEASE CALL US BACK????
Great visit for my first time seeing an ENT. Definitely gave me the information and treatment needed. I'm hoping it all works out for me!
She was understanding and informative. She spoke quickly, but answered my questions patently. A great doctor!
I was so pleased with Dr. Earl and her staff. Very nice and patient. Dr. Earl herself was very thorough with questions and what she thought would be the best avenue of treatment for me.
Office staff was courteous. Medical care staff were all very professional, yet personable.
I really liked Dr Earl and the nurse. They were both courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend both Dr. Earl and the practice.
The visit went very well. Dear Earl listen to my concerning and was able to provide me immediate relief for one of the problems and a treatment plan to resolve the remaining issues. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and the staff about my medical concerns.
Thank you Dr. Earl!!! She came highly recommended by Damien's pediatrician, and my family can see why. Very thorough, honest and pit me at ease for his surgery. Thank you again, great office staff and short wait time.
I did not have an appointment I had an emergency problem with my throat which I thought was serious. So I took a chance and went to the L street office anyway. The front staff was very understanding and asked Doctor Earl could you see me without hesitation Dr Earl said she could . I cannot put into words my gratitude again thank you so much Dr Earl
Very informative, inspired trust and confidence and gave good advice.
She and the surgery team were wonderful for my son's bilateral myringotomy.
Finally, someone listened to my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and LISTENS!! Then asks questions. Based on what I told her about my past encounter with this issue nearly 20 years ago. She did not dismiss that experience. I truly appreciate that. This prompted her to order another test. FINALLY, I am getting the treatment(s) I need.
Dr. Earle is lovely. She took great care of my child, was kind and knows her stuff.
She took the time to answer my questions when asked, but seemed to be in a rush. She did help find the most affordable options for my treatment. She started to give a treatment to my nose without explaining the details of what was about to happen. She said she would take a picture inside my nose, and then sprayed it with numbing spray without telling me that's what she was doing.
Friendly, helpful staff. Very efficient. Thank you!
She was outstanding. She is so pleasant and easy to talk to and understood my issue right away. Gave me some suggestions for controlling ear wax issues.
Dr. Earl was great, but unfortunately my visit was for nothing and I have to return next week. I wasn't aware that my daughter could not receive a throat culture on an antibiotic. I had called and spoke with a PA before scheduling the visit and was told to come at the end of the 10 day cycle of antibiotics, but I didn't know that I was supposed to wait 72 hours. I was hoping to time the visit close in the event my daughter was still contagious. I truly hope I don't have to pay another co-pay next week! Not to mention I have to find childcare again for my two younger children. I hope to avoid this in the future!
She understood what my problem was and gave me solid advice to get me better - using anti-biiotics as a backup if over the counter didn't work.
This was my second time seeing Dr. Earl. She is working with me to solve my issue. She listens well and answers all questions in a manner that I can easily understand. If this issue comes up again, I will be back to see her.
Very professional and pleasant.
Natalie was amazing! One of the best doctors I've ever seen! She was so patient, kind and was very informative! If I need an ENT again- I will definitely see her again!!!
Dr. Earl is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. She was patient, a good listener, and very sharp.
A very good doctor .
Dr. Earl was terrific with our very talkative and energetic 3 year old. She managed to engage with him while also performing her exam and answering our questions at the same time. The staff were terrific as well, especially the speech technician/audiologist. Highly recommend this practice for pediatrics.
The staff was very professional and helped me to feel very comfortable. Dr. Earl was great and explained everything to me well and did a great job of laying out the options available to me.
Dr. Earl is phenomenal--extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She has treated me for various ENT conditions, including septoplasty surgery, and I've always felt in very good hands. She's the best specialist (of any kind) that I've seen in DC. Highly recommended.
Super nice Doc. Makes you very comfortable and reassured (confident) that she can help. Nice office staff as well. (Bethesda office) I will have to give her the big Ebay A+++ customer service rating.
Dr. Earl was amazing with our 11 year old daughter as she put her at ease and educated us on what was causing her problems with potential remedies. She completely put us at ease with her knowledge and gameplan as well as her charming down to earth personality. Absolutely highly recommended from our family.
Very professional and friendly. Listened to me and answered all my questions.
My visit with Natalie was relaxing and informative! I truly enjoyed her sensitive and detailed approach to my exam! She was so APPROACHABLE, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL and just WONDERFUL!!!
Best doctor around! I have been seeing Dr. Earl over the past 5 years and cannot recommend her more. Her and her staff really care about the patients and will go to great lengths to help solve any issues!
Dr. Earl is very personable and my daughter soon was comfortable with her. Our issue was very basic, so the appointment was short. The experience was fine. No complaints at all
Took me in to examing room within minutes, but then waited 20 minutes for doctor to enter. But all went well.
Great bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr Earl.
Dr Earl's bedside manner is excellent... she spent a lot of time helping me understand my condition and discussing all my options.
I took my young daughter to see Dr. Earl today and we both thought she was great. She made us very comfortable, did not make us feel like she was rushing through our visit, and she did not push surgery on us without trying other options first.
Think she is a terrific doctor!
Professional, pleasant and accomplished my objective (wax removal). Also saw Dr Libbon who resolved my Hearing Aids issues
Dr. Earl has great bedside manner and exudes confidence in a very nice understated way. Gets my endorsement
warm reception and fully explained every step of the treatment
She was very thorough in her explanation of my diagnoses and very friendly.
Love the practice - but Dr. Earl is not of the caliber of the other Dr.'s. Luckily, she called in one of her colleagues for a consult so my visit was ultimately successful. She didn't listen and was condescending in her responses. In confirming the appt. I made online, the office staff was quite rude in insisting the appt was for another date and would be forced to pay a cancellation fee if I didn't show up on the wrong date she had recorded - even though I had an electronic confirmation of the correct date in front of me. This is not the way Dr. Feldman built his practice.
Dr. Earl is a fantastic ENT!!! My surgery and post surgery recovery were magical!!! She made me feel respected, calm, and well-taken care of. She was knowledgeable and easy to question. HIGHLY recommend.
Very friendly doctor and listened to all my concerns!
Service was very thorough. Glad I was seen by Dr. Earl.
They addressed all my concerns and in a very timely and efficient manner
Very friendly and helped me. I did feel like she wasn't taking me seriously but overall a good doctor
She is an excellent, efficient and personable professional.
Dr. Earl is great! I've been seeing her for 6 months now for acid reflux-- I highly recommend her.
Dr. Earl made me feel very comfortable with her knowledge and skill. I would definitely return if need be, and refer others to her.
Great manner- exudes confidence. Who likes going to the doctor ? Not me but she (and staff) makes it quite acceptable
The entire staff was very friendly and empathic to my ear issue. Dr. Earl was friendly, very personable and listened toe explain the issue. I would go back to Dr. Earl and would refer anyone to her and the office.
Wonderful. I have a great deal of confidence in her as a doctor and she's a really nice person.
Dr.Earl is really knowledgeable and very gentle. I was really nervous but she was very informing. Overall it was a refreshingly great experience!
I thought the doctor had a great bedside manner and made me feel confident in her diagnosis.
She was good, but it's frustrating to wait 30 minutes for a visit that lasted less than 5 minutes.
Dr. Earl provides the most amazing service ever>> I tell all my family and friend about The Feldman Group just because of Dr. Earl!!!!!
Excellent visit. The wait time was a little long but this is a time of the year when people who suffer from allergies and sinus conditions really suffer, so I wasn't surprised by the number of people waiting to be seen. Front desk staff was very professional and courteous. Dr. Earl did a very good job explaining what my problem was (no surgery, yay!) and had a great bedside manner. The Tech/PA (?not sure which) who did intake was professional and courteous as well. Would definitely recommend Dr. Earl to others.
Dr. Earl is so professional and kind. My son left the office commenting on how nice she was and how much he liked her. He's excited to have her as his ENT.
The doctor and the staff are very nice and work well with our son. We are usually seen right away.
Dr. Earl kind of makes me wish I were a hypochondriac so I could find reasons to go back soon. She knows her stuff, spoke to my level of understanding, didn't rush me or act like she wanted to get on to the next appointment, and didn't push me toward more appointments or spending more money. Plus, she called me "young," which I greatly appreciated! The audiologist, Dr. Earl's assistant, and the receptionist were all first rate as well.
She educated me on what was going on and she was very thorough and personable.
No complaints. Professional and competent. No pain or discomfort with procedure.
She was very thorough, professional and helpful. I was pleased with my experience.
Dr. Earl is wonderful and I would recommend her without hesitation.
Dr. Earl is great.
I am EXTREMELY happy that I chose to see Dr. Earl regarding facial/sinus issue that recently occurred. After describing my symptoms, Dr. Earl recognized my issue was not primarily sinus but TMJ-related. She started my course of treatment for the pain and referred me to an excellent TMJ specialist. Not only was Dr. Earl spot on with my issue, her care and interest that I take of myself and my health was priority. She took the time to talk through my health issue and causes (both physical and stress). I highly recommend Dr. Earl to anyone experiencing facial and sinus issues. I'll be following up with her on allergy problems. I'm confident that she will best help me on this matter too.
Dr. Earl wavered a lot when deciding whether or not I needed surgery between visits- at first, she said that my deviated septum and constant sinus infections could definitely be solved with non-surgical methods, but on my second visit, she said surgery was the best and only option. I also have never waited less than 30-45 minutes in the exam room for her while I heard her chatting in adjacent rooms with other patients. She means well but I think is somewhat inexperienced, understandably so as she is so young.
I actually went in to my PCP with a nasty nosebleed (twice in 2 days), which they got to stop. Then they set me up with an appointment downstairs with Dr. Earl about an hour later, and she got the fun job of cauterizing a weird blood vessel in my nose that kept rupturing. I was freaking out a little bit, but she was reassuring that it was quick and happens all the time so it wasn't really something to worry about. Not exactly the most fun visit I've ever had, but it really wasn't that bad, and Dr. Earl was very nice and reassuring.
The wait time was due to an error dealing with thee zocdoc system. But over all Dr.Earl gets 5 thumbs up, she was open willing to listen even though I know her time is limited with each patient, I would love to continue to see her as my ENT dr. And thee receptionist, Kimberly done a great job and show nothing but patience with each individual. I love this office, but the office in bethesda is where I was treated poorly by the front desk staff.
Every visit with Dr. Earl is pleasant. Her bedside manner could not get any better. She makes both children and parents comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone in need of an ENT. She is fantastic!
A very friendly office and very accommodating staff.
She was great. Very friendly and had a good bedside manner.
Excellent. Thorough,reassuring, professional' personable.
Dr. Earl is warm and caring. She is a great diagnostician and I really trust her judgment.
Dr. Earl was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! The medical assistant, Jordan, was above and beyond warm and professional as well. The front desk staff seemed a little rude, however. I think one of the women was being trained.
She goes out of her way to get to know her patients. She is very professional and personable. She does a great job.
Dr. Earl was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions that might have been a little obscure. She was patient and thorough.
She listens well and is compassionate. Quickly assessed my needs and was very open to my concerns and desired outcomes. Appreciated that everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable.
Am a repeat patient and think that Dr. Earl is top notch! Would (and have) highly recommend.
She was very personable and seemed to really care about my problem.
Dr. Earl goes above and beyond to provide an amazing service. I have been going to Dr. Ear for several years & I would refer ALL of my family & friends to her. The entire Feldman Group is amazing especially Dr. Earl!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Earl was patient and explained in detail next steps. I truly appreciated her professionalism.
She was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Great office, little wait time, very professional and very friendly
I waited for almost an hour...why must you schedule an appointment if you are not going to make the time? It is a waste of my time to sit and wait at the doctor's office for almost an hour for a SCHEDULED visit. What is the point of scheduling a time if you are going to be made to wait an hour? Ridiculous. Waiting an hour does not deserve 3 stars.
Excellent. She's a great doctor.
THROUGH, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, GOOD LISTENER AND GOOD COMMUNICATOR. WILL SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE WITH MY CONTACTS.
The visit was great ... They helped me so much ... Listened were nice and super helpful .
Dr. Earl was great... I had my CT scan results, she reviewed the results, did her own examination and came up with a treatment plan...and surgery wasn't recommended... Again she was excellent!!!
Dr. Earl was fantastic ! She was straight forward with my concerns and she took her time. She is the only female physician in the office . Her staff was great as well. I will absolutley come back :)
There is no one better!
Excellent doctor with a professional yet caring manner.
She was absolutely wonderful! Really thorough and nice! I can't possibly recommend her enough!
Dr. Earl was friendly, fast, and fantastic. I highly recommend!
Dr. Earl was rude, lied to me, and made my condition worse than what it was before I saw her. I had several appointments with her and surgery performed. I have sent letters to her office and she never called me as her boss said she would. I have a detailed document detailing my whole experience that I am willing to share. I would have posted it here, but there's a limit on how much that can be posted.
Dr. Earl is fantastic! She took her time and listened to everything I had to say and answered each of my questions (and I had many of them). I highly recommend her!
I was very happy. Very nice office, nice staff, nice doctor
I would highly recommend Dr. Earl and I have in the past. She is very professional and pleasant.
I was please with my visit with Dr. Earl. She was able to detect my issue right away. Dr. Earl also explained things very clearly which I appreciated.
VERY excellent MD, VERY wonderful office and medical assistant staff. Dr. Earl took the time to explain her rationale and differential diagnosis she was thinking through during the visit. As a medical professional, I know this is rare in practice at best and not prioritized as an essential component of patient interaction at worst. Fantastic care and treatment.
Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. Personnel explained all the procedures to me (first time there) and doctor was very engaging and informative.
Dr.Earl has a fabulous bedside manner especially with children! She always explains what she is doing and never tries to trick them. Last year she took out my son's tonsils and adenoids, he still bounds into her office to see her.
We love Dr. Earl.
Dr Earl was professional and prompt. She answered my questions and prescribed a course of action quickly.
Professional staff; very short waiting time; doctor was professional, efficient, very nice, and took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommended.
She is an excellent doctor who listens to her patients.
Dr. Earl was on time, interested, personable and down to earth. The most important thing was that she was knowledgable and was able to offer treatment options for my vertigo!
Very professional and knowledgeable.
Vague opinion and poor follow up.
My visit was great. Dr. Earl is very professional and comforting. The office staff is also very efficient and pleasant.
The doctor is great. However, her assistant is totally unprofessional. I would not allow anyone but the doctor to touch me in the future. I have to wonder about their hiring process.
Top notch, sharp doctor. I'll be seeing her again.
I thought she was professional and friendly. Most importantly, she seemed genuinely interested in what I said about my health and she knew how to discuss my concerns in a caring and compassionate manner.
Dr. Earl is one of the most caring doctors we have ever seen. She is not only compassionate and wonderful with kids, but she is also an excellent clinician. I cannot recommend her more highly!! She has taken amazing care of my kids for six years now, performing surgery and handing various ENT issues they have experienced. We are blessed to have found her!
Dr. Earl is an excellent doctor. I can't say enough nice things about her.
Dr. Earl is very attentive to her patients. She takes the time to listen thoroughly to complaints so that she can resolve the issues.
She and her nurses were VERY attentive and listened to everything that I explained that had been occurring with me. I brought CT scans, she reviewed them and even made a copy of the written report for me (which the previous ENT did not offer/do). She gave me several options for my issues and I am VERY satisfied with her summary and options going forward. She LISTENED and THEN offered opinions. LOVE THAT.....a listening MD!
She is such a sweet person, comfortable to communicate with a patient in a deaf condition like me.
I felt as if I was being rushed out of the office and my visit was an interruption. I was to receive a follow up call with test results in two weeks, I didn't hear from her office. I had to call them after 3-4 weeks and request a call back.
Dr Earl is great as usual. So glad we finally found her!
Dr. Earl did a minor procedure on my 97 year old mom . She was kind and professional as she worked.
Dr. Earl was great. I have seen a few different doctors at the office and she is on par with the rest of the team. Was cery helpful and gave me some tips on how to get/stay well. Since it is cold/flu season, the wait was long, but that is not typical of the office during non-sick season.
Two of my colleagues highly recommended her. Appointments were readily available and easy to book. The office staff was friendly and responsive to my pre-appointment questions. Dr. Earl was very kind, thorough, and efficient. She explained things very clearly, and set up a clear action plan for my sinus problems. I love her use of technology. My prescriptions were sent and refilled to my nearby pharmacy within 30 minutes,
Very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have an audiologist on site!
All staff were pleasant and very professional. Less than 15 minute wait time.
Kids & I love her. She is a great diagnostician & has a wonderful bedside manner.
The doctor is skilled & caring.
Natalie has an amazing bedside manner. She was able to pinpoint my issue, walk me through what she was doing step-by-step, and then explain the treatment options and why she recommended one course of action over another.
The wait was a little long but I booked that morning so I was happy to find someone to take me. Dr. Earl and her assistant were kind and resolved my issue right away. If you ever need a ENT, Dr. Earl and her team are the answer!
I didn't have a significant problem, but I was put off by the doctor's know-it-all attitude. In the middle of explaining my condition I said, "I don't know if it's...," and I was about to give two alternatives when the doctor said, "Well I know." I would've had more belief in the woman if she had the patience and humility to listen. I have used another physician in this practice who is satisfactory, and I'll just go back to her.
She was very professional and assisted with the problems I am having.
I had an appointment with Natalie Earl for a sore throat and sinus infection. I only spent a few minutes with her and while she was nice, she seemed a bit rushed. But then again, my concern was straightforward and was too sick to have an in-depth discussion about my symptoms. Since this visit was my first with her, maybe I just caught her on an off day? That said, I'd go back to her if I have an urgent medical issue and her availability is compatible with mine.
I love Dr. Earl and would recommend her. Something odd happened this last visit. My appointment was scheduled for 3:10pm. I received a call at 1:00pm asking if I could come earlier, I said yes, and was told to come in immediately. It was a rainy day so I thought maybe Dr. Earl's appointments had cancelled. I arrived at the office at 1:45pm. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked the front desk why I was called to come in early to just sit and wait. They placed blame on Dr. Earl saying "the doctor wanted everyone in before 3pm" and then went on to point out there were FIVE people in front of me. I ended up begin called back into my room by 2:45pm and saw Dr. Early close to 3pm...only 10 minutes before my originally scheduled 3:10 appointment. I left work early (with lots of work to do mind you) thinking I would get back early to finish up work but in the end, me leaving work early didn't make my appointment any earlier and it really affected my schedule. Couple thoughts -- 1) if you ask patients to come early, you should see them early 2) I wish the woman on the phone would have looked at the schedule and communicated better like...we would like to move your appointment up by 10 minutes or 20 minutes based on all the other appointments...not come right now and then sit for 1 hour. I like Dr. Earl a lot but this was a major flaw of the office staff for sure.
It was a bit of a wait time, but Dr. Earl was well worth it. Great Dr.!
Very nice and knowledgable
I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Earl. She was very patient and took the time to describe what she was looking for and what she found. My only complaint is that I have had difficulty reaching her office with a question about my prescription. I have left voicemails at two different numbers, but haven't found an answer to my question yet.
She is a terrific doc. After discussing my symptoms professionally and sympathetically, she gave me a correct diagnosis and prescribed the right treatment. I am so much better now!
Dr Earl is an excellent doctor. Very pleasant, caring and professional. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Earl was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind and patient with my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all!
She was pleasant and easy to talk to and ask questions. The audiologist and staff are some of the most friendly and kindest among DC's doctors' offices. I would definitely recommend Dr. Earl and her office.
Best ENT I've been to, never realized how hard it is to find a GREAT one until her!
Visit was okay - was rushed but she was very helpful in answering specific questions and I was able to get my blood allergy test right there. Post visit was absolutely terrible. My prescription was inaccurately called in and both the pharmacy and myself were unable to reach her or an assistant, aside from many phone calls. This happened again when I needed a refill two weeks later. Similarly, I received a call about my allergy test but was neither explained the specifics nor sent the document with helpful literature as promised. I had to call several times to finally get this document, which arrived with no additional literature.
She has wonderful bedside manner. I really like the way she handled me & my daughter's visit.
She is a great doctor, and very funny. She made the consultation easy-peasy and enjoyable, even while I was getting my ears flushed out and picked at!
The entire visit was Great and I will refer family and friends.
She is very patient when responding to questions. I took my 1 year old daughter because she was having ear infections. Dr. Earl took the time to make suggestions, and provided clear instructions for the care of my daughter's ear infections (wrote the instructions on my notebook).
Dr. Earl is awesome. I appreciate Doctors that really listen to their patients.
She took out my toddler's tonsils and adenoids and was very reassuring to both parents and kids, and the procedure seems to have gone flawlessly.
They screwed up the insurance forms and this created a huge hassle. Bad administrative work.
She is the best ENT ever!!!!
Very nice Doctor - quick and to the point with a very positive attitude.
I went in for a consult for a septoplasty. Dr. Earl thoroughly explained my options, what the procedures would entail, what my recovery would be like, and what I should expect long term. She was very personable and professional.
She has a great personality, and very knowledgeable. I went to see her just for a routine ENT checkup and just by listening to my voice she told me that I might have an acid reflex and run some tests. And it turn out that she was right.
Dr. Earl is AMAZING!!! It was the first time that my 2 year old was experiencing surgery. Dr. Earl made me feel completely comfortable and confidant in her abilities. My daughter and I are much happier post op....Now I need to book an appointment for myself :) I would absolutely recommend her to everyone I know! THANK YOU DR. EARL!!!
Can't imagine a better medical experience.
Dr. Natalie is a professional doctor and I would like to recommend her to all of my friends and family. She knows what she is doing and very knowledgable and she put her patients at ease. God bless, Amer
I love Dr. Earl, she is great!
Dr. Earl is a wonderful physician! She is kind and very smart. She recognizes symptoms skillfully and orders the appropriate diagnostic tests. Dr. Earl established an effective course of treatment and by my follow-up visit I was feeling great. She explains everything in a way that is easily understood and leaves you feeling confident in her competency and care.
Dr.Earl was knowledgeable and professional, the time delay should've been communicated upon check in at front desk. She established a good plan of care, I will see her again - but early in the day with the hopes of her not being behind.
She was very personable and made me feel reassured.
Quick and professional, good treatment. Thanks
Very nice experience with Dr. Earl! Thank you.
She was very personable. She was also very informative. Very professional, friendly, and courteous. I was vey comfortable and left there very informed.
It seems like other review have said about her is true. I have gone to her for a procedure recommended by Dr. Earl. The procedure was not completed successfully and needed to come back for a follow up second procedure which will charge double the cost with the insurance. I needed multiple follow up visits which co-pay also add up. I do not think that I will come back to her for future problems.
I was suffering with vertigo and was mostly seen and treated by the assistant to the Dr. The Dr. came in at the end briefly. My vertigo was treated successfully in the office that day with the Epley maneuver performed by the assistant. I was thrilled!!!
Very pleased. Dr. Earl presented as a very knowledgeable and highly skilled professional. I have confidence in her recommendations and treatment plan.
Dr. Earl is the best!
Very friendly & efficient, explained multiple options
I can't ask for a more personable, thorough, kind doctor than Dr. Earl. She makes everything easy to understand and is so kind through the process. I have and would continue to recommend her.
She was back and forth, in and out between patients. However, so explains the situation of what is going on with your ears and why very well.
Dr. Earl is great!
She was very professional and pleasant but I always had to wait for about an hour even with an appointment. Don't try and schedule an appointment during your lunch break.
Awesome patient care experience with a wonderful physician! Hopefully her brilliance translates to positive outcomes with my Spring time allergies in DC. Later dudes!
It was fine. I have never had a bad experience with any of the doctors in the Feldman group. I was unavoidably late and they still got me in quickly.
Great doctor -- very thorough, took a lot of time with me. Great office -- very efficient and friendly!
It was a good visit. I'd go again and refer others.
Dr. Earl, was very experience and she explained everything to me in a way that I understood.
she is wonderful!!!
I felt like she dismissed me really fast. She was nice but it felt to me like she wanted to be done with me as fast as possible. As far as solutions to my problem, she recommended that I use a nasal spray twice a day forever but I specifically said I wanted a permanent solution to my problem. She then said she could do the surgery and that the person on the front desk would give me the details. Off with me, on to the next! She didn't explain much during the visit and was very short.
Dr. Earle and staff were friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll go back right away any time I need an ENT or hearing exam again.
She is a truly excellent physician: competent, friendly, very informative. Now my go-to EMT.
I am always pleased with the care from Dr. Earle and her assistant. I would highly recommend them.
I thought Dr. Earl was pleasant and very informative. She was actually a second opinion for me and I was very pleased with her professionalism and her knowledge of the subject matter. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Earl and the entire staff were helpful, attentive and nice. Dr. Earl and the audiology technician both really took time to examine me and listen to my concerns. Highly recommend!
Very professional with medical issue and very professional administratively with insurance.
Dr Earl is friendly, warm, thorough and focused. Always excellent.
Dr.Earl is fantastic with children! Last summer she took out our three year olds' adenoids and tonsils. She was so good at explaining everything thoroughly.
She was very nice and considerate. She also took the time to explain the issues regarding my problems, explained treatments, and ran test to determine root causes.
She was very good/knowledgeable.
Nice doctor, competent assistants, too many patients scheduled for same time
I came to get my allergy test results while I just sat and waited. She asked me if I got the results...uh no, that's why I was there. She pulled me into a room, checked my throat, ears, nose and mouth then charged me a visit....but I was there to just get results. She was there to charge me. Never will I go to her again.
Very efficient, professional and reassuring.
Thought she was great!
Professional and compassionate with my 3 year old son.
I have been seeing her since she first started with the practice and she is great!
Professional manner and bearing.
Great ENT doc. Strongly recommend.
The visit was a bit wasted, no treatment was offered and the advice I got was to drink water. Overall it was an okay experience but probably wont be going back, even though I still have the issue that was left untreated.
Great doc - super good with my 6-year old.
Natalie has a warm personality and a professional demeanor. I look forward to having her as my ENT doctor.
Dr. Earl is a first rate medical professional who provides excellent medical care but alos treats patients with respect!
Dr. Earl is an amazing caring Doctor. She is honest, kind and gentle. I can't recommend her enough.
Dr. Earl is the best. Responsive, patient and thoughtful.
Dr. Earl is an excellent ENT specialist. I had several issues to discuss and she spent time reviewing each one with me. She did not make me feel rushed at all like a lot of doctors I have been to. At the end of the session, she made sure to reiterate each issue I brought up and the recommended treatments for each. I would highly recommend her to others.
This online appointment was confirmed by email to me but the office had no record of it. I have no idea where the breakdown occurred but they did see me eventually. It's quite annoying to be encouraged to use this service when the office can't get their act together. Any remedy you can provide would be helpful. Thank you
Dr. Earl was very professional but also very personal. She was efficient and answered my questions ... I felt on the same level which may sound kind of weird but with other doctors sometimes I feel like they are a little condescending and I did not have that feeling at all with Dr. Earl.
She was very understanding, answered all my questions and I would surely see her again!
love her! she is smart, takes her time to answer questions, isn't surgery happy if there are other ways to treat issues and is great with kids.
She is a very good doctor
Dr Earl was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She has treated my son and I and we were both pleased with her. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Earl was great and I will refer her to my friends!
Dr. Earl asked all the right questions and reached a diagnosis for my problem right away. Her professionalism and insight, and her bedside manner, made this a very quick and productive visit.
Loved her bright, matter-of-fact attitude and explanation of every step. But really appreciated her getting the job done quickly and masterfully. Highly recommend!
Short, Sweet and to the point. I was attended to in a timely manner, and given clear, decise instruction and off to recovery. Great. I Will returning and will tell my friends to do so too.
Very good. All our concerns for our 3 week old were addressed perfectly. Recommended.
very personable. took time to explain the issue.
She was nice, knowledgeable and took the time to hear all the symptoms I was experiencing.
She was professional and thorough as was everyone, from the receptionist, to the technician, to the audiologist, and Dr. Earl. Also, and very important she is very caring!
She diagnosed me perfectly and gave me the right medication for what a condition that I have had for years and for which my other doctors had not find any solution.
The visit with Dr. Natalie Earl- MD and her staff was very pleasant and professional.
Dr. Earl was very professional and thorough in her assessment of my problem. The appointment was short and to the point, and I was out with my prescription in short order.
I have been there with my son needing the attention and I think she is just wonderful. I made a wise choice when selecting her.
Always professional, informative and friendly.
Dr. Earl cares about your health, excellent doctor.
She is the best
Dr. Earl was a lift to me and made me feel confortable. She gave me exercises to do that seem to be helping.
She was extremely nice and she communicated so I understood her. She get's 5 stars.
This was my first visit with Dr. Earl - she was great. Very thorough and patient with my many questions. I would definitely go back to her.
Very personable, kind, efficient, and happy to help!
I thought she was wonderful. She knew exactly what the problem was and I left feeling reassured that all would be well.
1st time with a never before ailment. She was prompt, courteous, open to discussing anything. Outstanding you lady!
Answered all my questions and was very professional!
Provided useful information and good plan of action.
I have been a patient of Dr Natalie Earl several times over the last 2 years and appreciate her in depth knowledge of the field of ot0-rhino laryngology. Moreover her handling of patients like me is excellent, she is very competent and clearminded, taking rapid decision on you case.
Knowledgable and straightforward. She answered questions well and got right to the point in a friendly manner.
Dr Earle is extremely thorough; she takes the time to discuss and explain things to the patient. She is also very friendly; outstanding bedside manner.
Dr Earl is professional but friendly, informative and helpful.
Dr. Earl was wonderful with my 2 year old son. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and professional. He enjoyed all the attention everyone gave him. I would highly recommend using Dr. Earl!
I left Dr. Earl's office with no doubts about her diagnosis. She was extremely thorough and everything she said made sense. She made me feel comfortable and was very explicit about her procedures. Great job!
Dr. Earl was very personable and really seemed to know her stuff. She started me on two meds and arranged for a follow-up to further explore my sinus issues. I'm very happy to have found someone who seems so interested in helping me to gain some control over my sinus problems.
Can't say that I'd call 2 minutes of her time a visit. She barely even looked me in the eye. The office asst examined me and flushed my ears...not the doctor. I would've even appreciated if Dr. Earl had taken a moment to review my forms before she came in the exam room. I hate uneccesarily having to repeat myself. If your not going to look at patient forms then why bother having the patient fill them out! Meeting with Dr. Earl really wasn't worth my copay.
She is an excellent doctor. She diagnosed my issue and answered all my questions immediately. She took the time to make sure I understood the situation completely. She is a tribute to the medical profession.
she was excellent
Wait time was too long, but Dr. Earl is great.
Excellent, intelligent, genuinely interested in helping me. They have audiologist in their suite so no need for second APPT for hearing test she wanted me to have! Excellent audiologist..at end, I even had molds made for earplugs.. All of this was in my initial visit!!
A credit to her profession. I feel that she has the honesty and integrity that is sometimes lacking in the medical field. I went to her for a procedure that has been proven to be ineffective, and while she could have performed it, she advised me not to have it done. She then provided me with non-surgical non-chemical alternatives. No unnecessary tests or procedures. Dr. Earl is warm, friendly, and caring. i recommend her and her office.
It was good!
Very good. The office was very organized, efficient, and thorough. I received prompt service, including an examination and basic testing by two physician's assistants as well as Dr. Earl. All listened to my concern. Dr. Earl explained her opinion of my situation, and provided me with a "plan of action" that was easy to understand and follow. I would not hesistate to see her again.
I like Dr. Earl. She's a good listener and very friendly. She's very quick to pick up on what I'm saying, reassuring that she understands what I'm feeling.
Very personable. Good listener. Willing to take time to address my concerns.
Dr. Earl is AMAZING!!! I was so impressed after my first visit, I brought my daughter in as a patient. She is patient, knowledgeable and really cares about what is best for YOU.
She is personable and listens to the patient. She realizes that you know yourself better than she does and is therefore willing to discuss rather than dictate the treatment. The office personnel were courteous and friendly.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Earl presents patients with treatment options, explains them fully, and ultimately lets the patients decide.
Glad I searched and found her. If I need an ENT again, I'll go back.
She was very nice, professional and sympathetic to my problem
Dr. Natalie Earl, Dr. Helen Huong and the others were very helpful and professional.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, wanted to make sure I understood what was going on. Highly recommended!
She was nice and explained everything she was going to do thoroughly. Starting feeling better with the medicine that was described.
She seemed a little rushed but was very friendly.
Dr. Earl was very thorough and her recommended treatment is already helping me!
Dr. Earl was great! She was very warm and friendly.
I think that Dr. Earl was very professional and very informative. My child is an infant and as a Mom I was very concerned about him. Dr. Earl's recommendations and answers greatly relieved my concerns.
Very personable and knowledgeable. Easily answered all my questions and explained course of treatment and options.
She is excellent. She identified and resolved all of my problems. She has real talent. Probably the best doctor I have ever had. Bill from Chevy Chase
