Dr. Earl was easy to speak to and she was a good listener. She look care to ask about my symptoms, gave helpful suggestions, was thorough in her explanations and provided me with written notes on follow-up information. The opposite couldbe said for the receptionist staff. I found her to be cold, unwelcoming, short with the patients when arriving for the check-in process, and very load when talking to others in the office. Some of the language could have been different as there were children in the office.

I am so disappointed in my experience with this practice. I went for an appointment with Dr. Earl, things were fine and she ordered an at-home sleep test for me. The test was challenging but no more so than any sleeptest and the company they used worked very well. However, no follow up communication from Dr. Earl or the Feldman practice. The sleep test company, not the doctor, informed me that a second test had been ordered for me -- a titration test -- but that even with insurance renting a C-PAP machine for the test would cost hundreds of dollars and I should talk to my doctor about purchasing one instead. I left four messages on the medical assistant/doctor line (being transferred there from the main line after explaining the situation to the receptionist), and zero response. I'm really disappointed (and not sleeping well in the meantime while this happened for a few weeks), and now I have to start testing all over again at a different doctor's office. What a shame.

I had been to a lot of other specialists trying to figure out what my issue is so I had done a lot of the legwork for her, but she very patiently listened to my concerns and my history of everythingI had already done/tried. She explained the next steps very thoroughly too. She didn't seem to rush me out like other specialists/dr's.

Dr. Earl is great! She was very knowledgeable. I'm going to have a minor surgery. She answered all my questions. She made me feel so comfortable and put all my fears to rest. I'm looking forward to my procedure and being a long time patient of Dr. Earl.

I was made to wait for 50 minutes “for a room”, in a waiting area that must have been about 80 Fahrenheit. Sadly I had to leave before I saw the doctor so I will reserve judgment on her.

Dr. Earl was fantastic. She was efficient, yet thoughtful. She listened and asked all the right questions. I had been dealing with the same issue for years and always thought it was my sinuses, but she quickly realized that it waslikely due to a different cause. She was excellent, as was the rest of the staff.

Dr. Earl is great! She's competent and thorough. I feel like I am getting excellent care. Her waiting room is generally full and you should anticipate a bit of a wait before and during each visit. She can also be abit rushed in her delivery of information. Come prepared with your questions. She will answer anything but doesn't have much time to wait around while you think of questions on the spot.

The doctor is fine, the ear technician is great the assistants are a pleasure, and the front desk lady os great, once you get in.. They asked me to come 20 minutes before the appointment, to let me sit in thehallway. Once I got in it was another 20 minutes. Then once my actual appointment started all was fine! If you set clear policies on being late and missing appointments, you should embrace the same courtesy to your customers, or at least let them wait inside instead of the hallway floor.

The waiting time in the office area was fine. The waiting time in the examination room was a little longer than expected. I'd rather wait in the office area than in the examination room until the doctor is ready to seethe patient. It is difficult to be confined in the examination area for any period of time without the doctor being present.
