Patient reviews for Dr. Natalie Earl
Very helpful and professional.
It was excellent. The nurse for the cleaning was very professional and Dr Earl very gentle with my mother in law( she doesn’t speak English).
Staff, medical assistant, audiologist and Dr. Earl were all very good. Dr. Earl had a very good "bedside" manner and listened to all my concerns. I would go back.
Dr. Earl found my thyroid nodule that turned out to be cancer. She and her office were lightning fast to get me referred for ultrasounds and biopsies and quick to provide other providers with what they needed from her to diagnose me. I appreciated her sensitivity delivering tough news as well.
Dr Earl and her team are great. After taking my history, she explained her diagnosis in great detail, but still made sure she investigated all other possibilities to ensure her diagnosis was correct. She's very friendly and cordial, and very knowledgeable.
I was impressed with her thoroughness and ability to come up with a plan to proceed which made sense.
Dr. Earl is a great listener with a wonderfully reassuring and frank manner. She also knows her (ENT) stuff and can explain it clearly. Plus, she takes the time to answer all my questions excellently.
Dr. Earl is great - she knows her stuff and is just as quick to reassure you about things that AREN'T a problem as she is to look for things that are.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Natalie Earl and I was very impressed. She was kind, compassionate and professional. I highly recommend her!
It went well; I felt that she addressed my condition practically and gave me some peace of mind that it was not worse than it is.
Dr. Earl was great. She's very friendly and has a great attitude. She's also very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her!
Dr. Earl Is Awesome, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to see her if you need to see a ENT
Dr. Earl is great with kids!!
The doctor was nice, biggest issue was the wait.
This was my second visit with Dr Earl. She is kind, attentive, and thorough. I felt like I was treated with respect and that she was genuinely interested in finding a solution to my problem. She is one of my favorite medical professionals!
Very through. Mad sure that all tests were done and looked to avoid prescribing me something.
Nice, pleasant and knowledgeable She remembers my file And was useful on how to handle my problems
Dr. Earl was very personable, professional and helpful!
Dr. Earl is knowledgeable, professional, warm, and informative. I appreciate the time she spent with me, her willingness to answer my questions, and her advice about next steps.
Dr. Earl's Medical Assistant was wonderful and explained each process as well as the testing and everyone made me feel comfortable and confident. Dr. Earl's professionalism was superb and she assured me that everything was alright and treated the issue I was experiencing immediately. i definitely advise others to see her and her team for excellent service! Thank you!
Very good at explaining things and walking you through your options.
Very professional and nice. Remembered details of our last appointment, and keeps working on solving my problem.
The doctor was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
Knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, highly professional.
My comments reflect my honest thoughts: the Doctor was excellent, and also delightful! But I had to wait 30 minutes, and since I had already arrived over 20 minutes early to fill out "new patient" forms, the total wait was longer than I liked. I used the time to clear junk mail out of my email "inbox" (joke!), but, honestly, no one even said "boo" about the delay. My appointment was at 9:10 and I was ushered into the Doctor's office exactly 30 minutes later, as if that was the normal pattern. Hope that isn't true!
Dr. Earl is a professional in all sense of the word. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who ask me for a specialist in this field.
Dr. Earl immediately recognized that she could not help me and gave me a referral. I wish I had gone to her first!
We had a good experience, went in at the scheduled time, the treatment was friendly and professional.
I had to wait 30 minutes in the room waiting for the doctor. I was convinced she had forgotten about me. She finally came in and we spent maybe 2 minutes together.
I went in with a fairly debilitating case of vertigo. I was seen by the audiologist for most of the time and finally saw Dr. Earl in the last ten minutes of the appointment. I was pretty freaked out by my condition but felt that Dr. Earl rushed through the appointment, did not fully address my questions and was not very assuring. She insisted that it would go away in a few days and did not provide any options if it did not. I later talked to my primary and she said that Dr. Earl should have shown me how to do a particular exercise on my own to help it go away. I tried to schedule a follow up through ZocDoc. Although my appointment was confirmed on the app, someone from the office called to confirm. There was feedback on the line when I picked up so I couldn’t hear the receptionist. I tried calling back immediately and no one answered. When I hung up the phone, I saw my appointment had been immediately cancelled. When I finally got in touch with the office, they said it was their policy to cancel appointments when they can’t get in touch with someone after one attempt. And even though I had picked up the phone and there was a problem with the line, they considered that grounds to cancel my appointment. I ended up just scheduling a follow up with my primary because it was too difficult to make a follow up and I felt like I had been rushed through my appointment.
Dr Earl is wonderful! I’ve used other ENT’s in the past but I’m sticking with Dr Earl. She’s honest, warm natured and she listens to her patients. Very highly recommended!!
Very short time with the doctor, and I had to assert myself a bit to get her to answer my questions (as she walked out the door), but friendly and knowledgeable
Dr Natalie Earl was fantastic. She listened, was thorough and very engaging. I would highly recommend her.
This was my first visit to this office and with Dr. Earl. The nurse practitioner, audiologist, and doctor were all professional and friendly. I felt at ease with all of them. The visit was thorough and I never felt rushed. Each individual was happy to answer my questions and explain what I needed to understand. My only complaint was the receptionist. Unfortunately, she is who you first interact with and gives you the biggest impression of the office. This particular receptionist was inattentive and highly unprofessional. She was heard complaining about various people and incidents. She was blatantly attending to her social media as opposed to serving myself or the individual in line behind me. It's a shame that my interaction with her set my visit off on the wrong foot.
Comprehensive information, professional and friendly doctor. I was very happy with my visit.
Natalie really knows her stuff! She was patient while I explained all the things that were going on, and came up with a step by step plan of action. She explained the strategy carefully, and was just generally a pleasure to talk with :)
She addressed all of my concerns
Dr. Natalie Earl and all the other professional in the office were amazing. I appreciated the patience they had with me. They were very good at explaining what was wromg with me and the action plan moving forwards. I highly recommend.
Dr. Earl has an impressive manner about her, blending medical competency with a comforting demeanor. She instantly instills a sense of confidence in her capabilities while putting the patient at ease in a friendly and approachable way.
Dr. Earl was very professional and made sure to explain step-by-step everything she was doing. Will definitely return as needed!
Wonderful doctor, and great nurses and staff!
Dr. Earl was very helpful and thorough with providing the right advice. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend her. A+++
Love Dr. Earl. Has been my ENT for years.
She was great and thorough. Had injections up my nose that I wasn’t prepared for hopefully it helps long term. Although I can’t blow or wipe my nose and my left nostril still hurts.
She's incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, plus warm and funny. I love Dr. Earl!
Very good doctor, good bedside manner . Would highly recommend
Dr. Earl was very professional and reassuring. I highly recommend her and would be back f any other ENT issues arise.
The office staff was all efficient and friendly. The nurse was awesome and Dr. Earl was very outgoing, gentle and friendly, as well as extremely professional. It was all a pleasant experience.
