The provider was ok, just typed a lot and asked me questions. Didn’t really say much and seemed to not be bothered really with any of my concerns. I prefer more attentive and friendlier doctors.

I visited for pre-surgery clearance. The doctor had poor bedside manner and asked me to fill out a checklist that was meant for her to complete. I didn’t understand all the abbreviations (because I’m not a doctor). When I asked her what they meant, she took the sheet and just read everything super quickly and seemed annoyed. I got an EKG that showed an abnormality, resulting in me being no referred to a cardiologist, who found nothing wrong. Apparently the original EKG wasn’t conducted correctly.

The staff was great and the doctor was very professional. Clear communication, listened to me without judgement. They were also lgbt friendly and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest for being male presenting and coming about a very much “feminine” issue.

Lydwine saw me immediately and sent me to the ER for an ovarian torsion, which she recognized within the first few minutes. She called me a few days afterward to check in on me. She kept me and my partner calm during a painful, scary time. Happily recommend to anyone looking for great care.

Patient care was very disappointing. I did not get a call or talk directly to the doctor after stressing about test results. I understand you are busy, but patient care is still important. I was prescribed medication without them even knowing what my results were.

She explained test results in a way I could understand and listened as I explained my symptoms. We are well on our way to solving my problem. Unfortunately it is very hard to find a doctor who's not dissmissive of your problems. Definitely doesn't fall into that group.
