My initial consult was last year. I was feeling ill since 2016 and was paranoid that I might have had an autoimmune disease. At first I wanted to see an endocrinologist and made an appointment with her colleague at the office. When I arrived there was a mistake in my scheduling and the doctor didn’t take my insurance so they suggested since I didn’t have a PCP with my new insurance that I can see Dr. Idelevitch and then get referred to an Endo. I agreed and it was the best decision I’ve ever made, in fact it saved my life. She and I had a very thorough conversation about my symptoms and the concern of them lasting a year. She ordered a slew of autoimmune diseases and I felt very confident that she would find what had been ailing me. She examined my breasts, normal routine and I mentioned to her that I forgot to mention I had history of cysts in my breast and had a sono about 5 years ago and never followed up. She suggested I go for another one just to be on the safe side. The next evening my left nipple was itchy, scaly and discharge. I was scared, nervous and called Maimonides Breast Center for the appointment and I mentioned that I had discharge- they scheduled me as earliest they could. I went in for my sono at 7:30am and by 11am I was getting a biopsy on both breasts. I knew something was wrong when I was on the sono table and the director of imaging cane in and explained what she had seen. My follow up with Dr. Idelevitch was scheduled for March 4th. On the ride there I kept telling my parents that something is wrong. They assured me to just stay positive but I couldn’t shake the feeling. When the Dr. broke the news to us we felt how compassionate she was, handing us tissues and assuring us that everything will be ok and how lucky I was to found it early. I opted for a double mastectomy with latissimus Dorsi +implants so I could reduce the chance of it spreading to the right breast, which in the biopsy post surgery showed that it was already forming. No chemo or radiation was necessary. I am so thankful for Dr. Idelevitch!

The doctor is very good I have no complaints
They really got things done quickly. There was a bit of a wait, but that was due to high volume, so I don't blame anyone working there. When I was seen, the whole process was quick and easy. Nice people, too.
She's nice, staff is friendly. Good visit

The staff was patient and friendly, they helped my switch my primary care provider on the spot and the appointment was easy and painless. Very comprehensive and sweet staff.

I had to wait over an hour to be seen. I scheduled an appointment for 10am, it was confirmed by the office, but when I arrived the door was locked. I had to wait outside in the cold for about 30 minutes before anyone arrived. Then I was told that the doctor wouldn't arrive until 11am. I find this unacceptable and I will not be going to this office again unless under an emergency.
Staff was unprofessional and rude, Worst part of the visit was the room with the assistant. the Medical assistant was incompetent to say the least. She struggled to take a blood pressure with an automated machine. The room was very dirty with needles lying around the work space and papers everywhere with other patients medical information which could be easily read by others in the room. She was laughing about how I was going to have to wait another hour to see the doctor when I asked how much longer it would be (since I had already been there an hour).... for a very simple visit that should've taken no more than 5 min. I would never recommend going here. I ended up being seen over 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time. The last straw.. the office is on the 2nd floor. This is ok for me, but what about if patients are in a wheelchair or have mobility issues (like my father, for ex?). I asked the assistant this question and she told me it was my responsibility to ask if we had an elevator or not when I made the appointment. Really?? skipping this place for sure from now on! The only reason I didn't was because my regular primary care was closed today.

Hi there- This was an incredibly unproductive + the worst doctors experience I have ever had. The staff was completely unprofessional including the accusatory doctor; I waited two hours until I was met and when I was finally in front of the doctor, she was completely rude and useless. I am actually shocked she is able to run a business. She was arguing with her nurses, and when addressed that I needed to leave as I had already been waiting two hours, she stated 'she can't do it all.'
I loved it thank you this is thr best app ever
