Dr. Grinder completed his doctorate with honors from prestigious Life Chiropractic College West outside of San Francisco. Before chiropractic school, he attended Central Washington University, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry.
Throughout his life he has been an avid athlete with a passion for human performance. This drove him to study all ways to improve the potential of the human body, which led him to incorporate Chiropractic Care, nutrition, and exercise for optimal performance and health. His areas of emphasis are in sports rehab, functional nutrition, and corrective care.
Dr. Grinder comes from the small town of Rainier, WA. He fell in love with Phoenix, its lifestyle, and the amazing people while visiting during school. He joined BackFit Health and Spine after seeing their cutting edge integrative approach.
When Dr. Grinder isn’t seeing patients at the Ocotillo clinic, he loves to spend time with his family, play sports, or study new ways to maximize the health and function of the human body.
