About Dr. Connor Borowski

Dr. Borowski is a native of northwestern Pennsylvania where he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford with his bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communications. He went on to California University of Pennsylvania to obtain his master's degree in exercise science. He then found himself working as a Division I strength and conditioning coach at St. Bonaventure University for four years. While working there he decided he wanted to further his education and went back to school to obtain his doctorate in chiropractic at D'Youville University in Buffalo, NY. While going to get his chiropractic degree, he was the graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at this Division II school. He has eight years of collegiate strength and conditioning under his belt. He has a passion for health and wellness, particularly in exercise, hiking, mobility training, strength training, plyometric training, yoga, breathing exercises, and the mind-body connection. While Dr. Borowski is not in clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family that includes his wife Dr. Samuel (DVM), and their three dogs — Tank, Noor, and Mookie.
