This place is AMAZING. Like (far too) many black women, I've been to doctors who were inattentive, dismissive, and neglectful. I would leave appointments feeling unheard and rebuffed. My experience with Dr. Mallick was COMPLETELY different. He was compassionate, attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable. He trusted me, took my concerns seriously, and offered helpful next steps. As he examined me, we had a fun conversation about true crime, memory, and southern politics--not necessarily in that order. The women at the front desk were lovely and so was the phlebotomist who took my blood. I'm a graduate student, living thirteen hours away from any close friends or family, and dealing with some bizarre symptoms. Its comforting to know that Dr. Mallick will be a part of my journey towards health! I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I’ll be completely honest, I couldn’t make my appointment, but every interaction with his office was polite, friendly, and professional.
I’ve spoken with Dr. Mallick multiple times prior to this appointment though and can’t can’t say enough good things about him.
He’s kind, caring, and does right by his patients.

The times listed when the doctor is available are not really the times the doctor is available. The staff doesn't know how to integrate their scheduling software with zoc doc. They don't let you know if the time you picked does not work. Their excuse is that your appointment has to be confirmed, which is a cop out for laziness on their part. Every other clinic cancels the appointment if it doesn't work with the doctor's schedule and you get a message through zoc doc but not these lazy people, who don't even have the actual times the doctor is available in zoc doc. Get with the program.

By far the most attentive Doc I've seen in years! I plan to make him my PCP. He also called personally with my lab results and as a healthcare professional that meant alot because from experience I know it's rare. Great locale great front staff (Mia). And awesome customer service.
