Dr. Hashemi Khiabani provided a thorough explanation of the process related to my concern and demonstrated a clear attentiveness to my needs. However, I found an unrelated comment about my attendance at law school and my intelligence to be inappropriate and disconcerting. Given the personal challenges I was facing at the time, a more respectful and empathetic tone would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, the overall experience was simply satisfactory.
