The office staff was friendly, but slow and inattentive. The wait time was well over 1 hour. My appointment was for 11:30a and I didn't leave the office until 1:20p. The doctor was nice, and seemed knowledgeable. I liked her, and would not mind seeing her again. It's just the wait time and setting of the office needed serious improvement.

I went to see this doctor for a Pap smear. She told me that she did performed the Pap smear, but she never actually did it (only an HPV screening). I had to go to a separate gynecologist and start the entire process over again. When she called with my results a week later and I asked her questions about my test results, she was unable to explain to me what they meant. Her tone was judgmental and not helpful. I would not recommend this doctor.

Front desk staff is polite but they don't provide real expectations for when she may call. I waited over a week with no returned call - tried again - same thing. I would not recommend this practice. Communication is key to patient and doctor relationships. Very disappointed I wasted my time trying to work with them.

If you want to be scolded, and blamed for your condition. and then be told --you need to get another Dr.--we don't have regular patients. Acute care only---fine, I was in the midst of a blood clot which is deadly. I was given tests and then told that she would contact me the next day--2 days later--no call. I felt like I was a problem, and not a patient.

It became clear to me upon waiting to be seen that this office specializes in drug screenings and had no time for me. I had an appointment at 1:30pm. Dr. Javed spent about 5 minutes with me and I was barely on time to pick up my son from the bus stop at 4:26pm. Besides The wait and poor condition of the screening rooms (Im not sure but I think they took my blood pressure in a supply closet) but in the end, Dr. Javed recommended I merely massage and steam the affected area. This was a practice I had told her Id been doing for two years and it only got worse. I feel like she didn't listen. Didn't care and was really rude.

Dr. Javed was great and professional. Unfortunately the wait time was nearly and hour and the front desk assistant charged me for a co pay when I was there for a physical. She told me she already called my insurance, Humana, and that they said I needed to pay. While in the waiting room I called Humana and was told that preventative care was covered and they must refund me the co pay. Had I not been so proactive they would have made an extra co-pay simply because the front desk assistant did not understand the difference between a doctor's office appointment and an annual exam.

It took a little longer than expected to be seen, but once I was there Dr. Javed and her staff were quick, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel like her prognosis was accurate and she was very helpful. Her office needs some work, as it's a bit decrepit looking, but I happened to catch that they had just located to the office about 2 months prior to my visit, so they may be undergoing renovations.

Quick and efficient, but also caring and patient. I felt like I mattered to everyone I encountered, and when you're sick that's really all you want (besides medicine, of course). Dr. Javed also did NOT push antibiotics on me, which I really appreciated. Her diagnosis was correct, and my earache cleared up just as she prescribed. Will visit again when ill and for general checkups.

My appointment with Dr Javed was fine but the entire office experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I'm just impatient since I'm used to the face paced service in NYC. However I don't think that anyone should walk into an office 20 minutes late for her scheduled appointment time, with just one person ahead of her and still be subjected to an almost 2 hour wait to see the doctor. Especially after I opted to check in via Zocdoc. The staff didn't even have the courtesy to let me know ahead of time, that there would be a significant delay or what the reason was for the delay.
