Dr. Rizvi is the type of doctor on automatic pilot. It's by the book with no foresight or intensive thought. I described some symptoms and asked if it sounded like a particular ailment. She said, "I don't know if you have that." Ok.... So what should I do? "I don't know. Maybe see a specialist? That's not my area." The issue is she was my primary doctor. Another time the doctor was on vacation while I had a scheduled appointment. I called to confirm the day before because I realized I had not received a reminder call. The office seemed annoyed that I would think I had an appointment while the doctor was on vacation. When they checked the computer, my appointment was indeed there. When were they going to tell me the doctor was away? Another time they called me to verify my insurance for an appointment I never made with them. It's just a mess over there. I've since changed doctors.

My initial visit was informative and very professional. I will need a follow-up visit that will take more time. The staff seemed confused by my on-line appointment and asked me several times about a time other than the one I had - but the doctor saw me with minimal wait. Unsure what contributed to the scheduling issue as I did get a confirmation e-mail and voice mail confirming the date/time.

This was my very first visit and I was quite impressed. The doctor took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained everything to me in a language (no doctor jargon) that I could understand. If all visits go as this one did, I think I've found a gem and would highly recommend her!

Dr.Rizvi was very kind and she answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable talking to her. The wait time was short and the staff was friendly. The only comment I have is that some of the equipment they used looked a little outdated (they had trouble imputing some of my information in their computer programs) and I didn't care for the Gynecologist she referred me to. Other than that it was a great visit! I will probably recommend her for general check-ups and the sort.
