This was my first meeting with Dr. Gupta. The receptionist was very good as well as the staff that assisted with taking my vitals and other data in preparation of meeting with her. Although I'd never personally met the doctor and didn't know what to expect, I was very pleased with her treatment of me and the results of our meeting. I am confident that I made a wise choice in choosing her.

While I don't question Dr. Gupta's knowledge and experience as a physician I found her to be rather unpersonable. This was my first appointment with her and I was a little disappointed. The conversation was minimal and she didn't express much interest or desire in communicating with me.

I was recommended to this practice and specific doctor by a cousin of mine. I have relocated in the past few years and have been in search of a quality family practice to care for myself and my own expanding family. At my initial appointment my babysitter had cancelled last minute so I had no choice but to bring my 3 year old daughter with me. I understand this is not ideal, but the staff seemed almost upset that she was with me. My previous doctors office had faxed my records twice, but the office staff stated they had not yet received them. I was seen and greeted by Dr.Gupta, who made little eye contact and was barely personable. Once again, the reason I chose this practice was because a close family member of mine had such a great experience with this specific doctor. During my appointment, I was asked about my medical history, including medications. Because they had not yet reviewed my previous records, I feel I was treated insensitively, even judged by what I was telling this doctor, as if I was not telling the truth. I spoke with both my previous doctor and pharmacist immediately after this appointment, and had my records faxed over for the third time (which was finally confirmed by this office staff once I had left). It was one of the most uncomfortable visits of my life and I will not be returning to and most definitely not recommending this doctor/practice to anyone in my area.
