Dr. Galal is always friendly, efficient, and professional. From my first appointment, she has always made me feel comfortable voicing concerns and always taken those concerns seriously. The office is always clean, the wait is always short, and the physician assistants and desk staff are always on it. Couldn't ask for more from my PCP!

I booked an annual physical as a new patient. I had to wait a bit past my booked time even though I showed up early to fill out paperwork as a new patient (~20 min), but Dr. Galal was professional, informative in addressing my concerns and great at making me feel comfortable. The nurse who took my blood work, blood pressure and medical history was also very professional and attentive with great bedside manners. The waiting room was large and had social distancing practices in place. Overall, aside from the wait, the process was smooth, painless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will book again!

Nehal Galal, DO received her degree in medicine from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in internal medicine at The Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Society of Hospital Medicine.
Dr. Galal’s clinical interests are in primary care, diabetes management and preventive medicine. She is a native of Queens, fluent in Arabic and is passionate about caring for the culturally diverse members of the Queens community. Patient education is an integral part of her approach to medical treatment and she looks forward to expanding health literacy both during office visits and through community outreach events in Queens. She most enjoys being a patient advocate and sharing one-on-one time with patients. She makes an effort to establish a strong rapport with her patients that allows them to share the concerns that impact their health.
