Good health is a consequence of healthy lifestyle, along with early detection, and appropriate treatment of cholestrol (lipids), blood pressure, and heart rhythm. I have been running a Cholesterol Clinic since 1994 as part of my cardiology practice, which started in 1991. We are trying to help the American Heart Association reduce by 25% death and premature disability from heart disease and stroke between the years of 2010 and 2020. In my office building, we provide comprehensive cardiology care, including echocardiograms, and stress test, we have an independent lab station in my building, which is convenient for all blood tests, including: Cholesterol, direct LDL, fasting triglycerides, fasting glucose, testosterone, and other labs.

I met Dr Doherty following a heart attack at 38. Today, I am an active, energetic and youthful 58 yr oldi thanks, in a very large part, to the excellent care and treatment I have received from Dr. Doherty, along with his professional and caring staff. Dr. Doherty has made himself available to me 24/7 since the day we met, and over the past 20 yrs had become not just my trusted Dr, but a friend as well.

impressive Originally went to see Dr. Neil Doherty for a 2nd opinion. Was so impressed by his "bedside manner" that I have decided to continue having him as my primary. As a senior citizen I especially appreciated the way he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He answered all my questions & addressed all my concerns. I left his office relieved & felt I was in good hands.

Impressive level of care. This has the most thorough visit I have had. I has referred to Dr. Doherty due to Family history of Heart attacks. I am in good health, and didn't think I was at risk being that I am under 50. Doctor identified low testosterone as a risk factor which I am now being treated for. I physically look and feel better, along with the assurance that my heart health is managed by thorough visits and testing performed at the office. Office staff friendly too.
