I recently had an appointment with Dr. Milan for some heart related concerns, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care I received. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Milan was incredibly thorough during my consultation. He took the time to listen to my symptoms and medical history in detail, asking thoughtful questions and making sure I felt heard. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Milan to anyone on need of a cardiologist. His knowledge, and genuine concern for his patients are truly exceptional. Thanks to his guidance, I feel more informed and reassured about my heath.

Very inconvenient, I scheduled through Zocdoc, It stated my appointment was scheduled. I went to the office and I had a little trouble finding the room. I called into the office spoke to Andrea so she can redirect me to the office room number. she told me the appointment was never made, said they would reach back out since the person who handles this is out to lunch. She said the Dr was not even in the office today. I said that’s weird because it stated he had appointments available today and that’s why I scheduled. Then she said he went home early. I tried to reschedule with her and she said she wasn’t able to because the next visit is until December and to schedule online. Staff was not accommodating at all. I drove from Orange County to the office. Waste of time and gas.

This may have been the best experience I've had at a medical consultation - Dr. Rawal really listened to me, took into consideration all the facts I listed and patiently gave me a full explanation of what was going on and recommended all appropriate exams and follow ups. He made me feel very confident about the process.

I was a new patient & my first appointment went well. Dr Rawal spent time with me explaining the process & options available for my medical diagnosis.
I had to have a procedure scheduled but the only time was early AM & I laughingly made a comment to Dr Rawal’s office staff about the early time. To my delight the staff remembered my comment & called me later saying there was a cancelation in the afternoon if I wanted to change. Yay!

I was concern about my heart when I suddenly experienced persistent chest pains and shortness of breath. I booked Dr. Milan Rawal for the very next day; however, at the end of the day, I received a text message that my appointment with Dr. Rawal had been canceled. Apparently they had overbooked. I rescheduled to next availability, three days away hoping I can pull through Memorial Day weekend without a crisis. On the day of the appointment, I drove 1 hour to the office to be on time. Upon check in, the front desk staff informed me that the doctor had left for the day (Wed 12pm)! Apparently they had rescheduled me (again) to an earlier time without informing me. Then they asked if I could come back in a week at the same time?! They had wasted precious time towards a potentially very important diagnosis to my health.

First time using Zocdoc and it was impressive. Entered my info and got the appointment I wanted the next day.
Was taken in before my appointment and given an ekg along with having to answer new patient questions. Tried to fill out my paper work at the same time . The only strange part was the one who gave me my ekg bc she was going to take my socks off. Told her I was wearing tights. Never had to take tights off before. An EKG is done upper body.
The receptionist was friendly as was the DR. He was a great listener and he answered any questions that I had.

Comforting, great communication. Made me feel that he (Dr. Rawal) was totally focused on my needs, description of what im feeling. He added suggestions about sound health practices. Clearly explained what his plan to diagnose with various test and walked me to the front office to verify the scheduling of a stress test. So far so good.

Dr. Rawal was great! Thank you zocdoc-ers for your reviews that helped me find this doctor. Recently I’ve been having a lot of health issues. Sometimes I feel that physicians disregard me or don’t believe me because the illnesses and symptoms I get are most common for newborns and those over 60. Dr. Rawal made me feel heard and after examining me he didn’t think my issues was with my heart, he still wanted to check and be thorough so we can rule it out. He also listened carefully about my hospitalization earlier this year and what doctors found then and suggested I see a pulmonologist. Given that my hospitalization record showed small airways disease and my history of asthma, I wish my previous doctors recommended this as well.
Also found that Dr. Rawal was not judgmental and respectful about the previous physicians I’ve seen in different specialties.
Thank you Dr. Rawal for treating me with respect and actively listening to my concerns and ordering tests to check my heart health.
