The office is nice for nothing, ive been suffering with my symptoms for over 2 years and due to life situations that get thrown at me due to the reason im going to see the Dr. Rosenkranz for, to finally see someone who can hopefully help me and what i got was a flat out terrible, unprofessional, very rude of a G.I doctor and this is coming from a man having to say that about another man but for it to be my G.I the one whos suppose to find out or at least HELP with my symptoms it was far from anything to being any kind of help. He has a sarcastic attitude that i cannot tolerate when the reason im there is serious and obviously depressed because im in pain and etc. information that he didnt have to know to treat me nice. Plain and simple if you REALLY are in distress for whatever youre going through and you have to see a G.I right away, dont go to this guy from my personal experience and just to top it all off all my specialist flat out told me change that G.I ASAP.

Dr. Rosenkranz treated me right away. He was very courteous and attentive. He was quick but not in a way that made me feel as though I was being rushed out. I was there for about an hour but I was being attended every single minute. Overall I would give him a 5 star rating

I scheduled an appointment for my mother with Dr. Rosenkranz and she is glad that I did. Although she only speaks Spanish, her office is bilingual and a nurse was able to translate for her. She will definitely be seeing him again since he was compassionate and thorough in his investigations of her ailments. Thank you very much Dr. Rosenkranz!

Great and professional staff. I checked in, paid deductible, updated paperwork and was seated in the exam room in less than 20 minutes. I saw the doctor in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived there was only two other persons in the lobby. (In other words, there was not 6 people with the same appointment time.) This was my third visit in the office and I experienced the same professional care each time.
Dr. Rosenkranz is meticulous!!! Based on the information I provided him, he ordered test which the staff was able to schedule the following week. He asked questions as it related to what course of treatment was I given by my other doctors.
The office and restroom were clean and no clutter on the staff desks and work area. (makes a HUGE difference to me)
All of my doctors can take a lesson from Dr. Rosenkranz and his staff.

Dr. Rosencranz was assigned to me while I was going through my cancer treatment. Since then I have found him to be a dynamo of professional information. He will give you the most concise explanation for what you are going through and the findings of any test result. He installed a feeding peg and has perform a previous colonoscopy. I am moving forward with my next procedure knowing that I am being looked after by a caring MD.
