Incredibly professional and knowledgeable, not to mention the best bed side manner and listening abilities. It’s hard sometimes to feel really seen by a provider in such a short time span, but I felt very validated and understood. Nia Spencer, NP, is a 10/10.

Dr Spicer Thomas was knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable with her down to earth bedside manner! She was kind and listened to all of my concerns! After seeing several Drs for weight gain, hormonal imbalance and vitamin deficiencies, I finally feel I was heard and will get the help I need. And the best part, I’m already seeing results and feeling better!! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

This provider is extremely knowledgeable and detailed in her communication when interfacing with patients. I would highly recommend her services as she has the expertise to address a wide variety of health diagnoses to improve the quality of life for her patients.

Dr. Thomas recommended a regiment to combat chronic inflammation that was affecting my health. Within a few days of taking the prescribed supplements I saw a significant decrease in leg, feet, and hand cramps. Dr. Thomas thinks outside of the box to come up with the right treatments for me. If traditional medicinal drugs are not working for you, I definitely recommend making an appointment to see Dr. Thomas.

Dr. Nia is so compassionate. She listens to her patients, takes her time, and goes over all options of care. I love her overall holistic approach. We need more Practitioners like her. I’m glad I made the switch!!
