With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients across various settings. My journey began as a Medical Assistant, and through years of dedication and continued education, I advanced to become a Nurse Practitioner. Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse environments, including Level One Emergency Rooms and Urgent Care centers in Georgia, Florida, and California, gaining invaluable experience in acute and critical care.
Over two years ago, I expanded my expertise by becoming trained and certified in aesthetic treatments, allowing me to integrate beauty and wellness into my practice. I am also recently board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for both adult and pediatric care, further broadening my ability to provide mental health services.
Currently, as a Functional Medicine provider, my focus is on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness to optimize overall well-being. My approach combines traditional and integrative medicine to provide personalized, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to achieve long-term health and vitality.
At Ruby Pearl Wellness, my mission is to support patients in their journey toward holistic wellness, offering innovative treatments that enhance both physical and mental well-being. I originally scheduled online through zocdoc and called to confirm with the doctors office. Spencer answered the phone and walked me through every step to ensure was ready for my appointment. Dr. Jackson was thorough and listened to all of my concerns and symptoms and diagnosed me and got my medicine called in right away. I scheduled because I was sick but walked away with a new Primary care person

I haven't always felt like providers take the time to understand me beyond standardized tests. N. Jackson really listened to my concerns and provided a comprehensive evaluation. She explained each step in the process, things to look out for and what to expect. Proposed care solutions took my overall health into account, including consistency across treatment and daily habits.

Dr. Jackson is an epitome of a provider we all need “ celestial, uplifting Spirit”
along with positivity. Dr. Jackson is very transparent and hides No unrealistic goals for her patients. She is a PROFESSIONAL of her Craft. She LISTENS!!!!!! to her patients, really listens!!!! Life is hard and sometimes comes with unexpected walls. Dr. Jackson has helped along with her colleagues to get my family not over but through walls months ago. We have more walls to go through. I'm was not familiar with virtual visits from a provider however, NP Jackson made me feel comfortable and i was in the comfort of my home. She was very thorough with the questions along with my history. I was not rushed during my visit. Wonderful Experience with NP Jackson!!!!!!!!

Nichelle was punctual, professional, thorough and compassionate. She listened to my needs and concerns and carefully and effectively addressed them. I was provided with different options for my care plus the information to help me choose which one best suited me. I'm looking forward to my continued care as I've already felt much relief. The ongoing support post visit is a nice touch too and really helps me feel cared for. Highly recommend!
