Dr. Beaulieu is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

I had an appointment with Nicholas Beaulieu on Saturday. From the front desk to the patient room, everything went smooth and nice. Dr. Beaulieu was very nice and knowledgeable. I asked many questions and he answered all of them with patience.
His assistant was awesome as well. I highly recommend Dr.Beaulieu and his team.

I like that they have a nice office, take appointments, give you discounts if you pay yourself without insurance, and the doctor is candid and informal. They don't make you wear a robe.

Couldn't figure out where to park turns out there is an alley behind the practice leading to the parking lot. Long wait time considering I did all paperwork online and seemed a little rushed during my time with the PA but she was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone was nice the office is clean. I will probably not bother finding another doctor I just need check ups and med refills.

They did not realize I am an established patient so I was stuck waiting for at least an hour while patients came and left. To add insult to that wound, their a/c was broken so the heater was blowing about 85f in the building (my guess) and I could barely breathe in the room I was in. I let all that slide by because I know things happen. However, now that I need an extra copy of flu shot record for my employer, the receptionist lady is testing my patience! I have called twice last week and she said the record would be emailed to me per my request. That didn't happen! I called back several times today because she kept putting me on hold. I've calculated she had me on hold for almost 20 minutes just to "look into the computer" when my call would somehow go straight to voicemail after some time. I would call back again and I could hear her attitude through the phone. Lady, why are you getting mad at me? I am trying to get my flu shot record emailed to me. I did not ask you to pay for my bills or take me shopping. It is not that complicated. This time, she asked for my contact info so she can call back. I can assure you she isn't going to call me back and neither will anyone else. If I have to show up at their office because they won't follow through with a phone call and email, I am not going to be very nice. Once I get my flu shot record from their death grip, I am NEVER going back there again until they retrain that receptionist on how to work with people. Her attitude and laziness are unacceptable! I STILL need my flu shot record! This is not rocket science!
