“From the moment I walked in the building the staff greeted me a hello and the biggest smiles ever. Once i got in the room the assistant was very nice and professional. She listened to what was going with me and took exceptional notes for the Dr. Dr Dunn actually sat and went through lol my medical history and ask questions. She is a great listener and she understood my needs once i explained everything to her. Great job to the whole office staff. Thank you for the kindness ”

About Tamaria Dunn
Tamaria Dunn, FNP-C, is originally from Jamaica. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing and Associate Degree in Arts from Miami Dade College and was on the National Dean’s List. Tamaria worked as an RN for 12 years. She then earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida International University. She has spent the last eight years working at Emory University Hospital in their Neuroscience unit. Tamaria received her Master’s of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgia State University in 2014. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is also a member of the organization. She now resides in McDonough with her son, Kito, and family. Tamaria enjoys family time, church activities, and volunteering at community health fairs.

0/10. Do NOT recommend Tamaria Dunn. She spoke to me in a dismissive and unprofessional manner that left me feeling disrespected and unsupported. Her approach felt more punitive than collaborative, which created an atmosphere of intimidation rather than care. She had no willingness to listen or provide help and she failed to provide appropriate continuity of care when I presented a legitimate, current injury. The encounter made me feel extremely uncomfortable continuing the visit, and I was forced to cancel the appointment. This has delayed necessary care, and I will not be returning to this office.

I waited about 6 minutes before I was called to be seen. (I was shocked it was so fast — as I was still filling out the new patient paperwork). The staff was friendly. My service provider was warm, polite, listened to my concerns and was supportive. This was easy. Love that!

The bathroom to do urine samples was filthy and I did not feel comfortable providing a sample. There was a lot of miscommunication with a pre authorization that set my treatment back. The office is convenient but I haven't had the best experience. My time in May was much better.

Came for women’s wellness visit. Overall OK visit but never been to a doctors’ office that’s so secretive about your own test results (found out at the appointment their office won’t disclose positive results over the phone, must make second appt “so we can treat you”, even though prescriptions can be ordered over phone). During my exam doctor didn’t tell me what they were seeing/observing, just gave likely diagnosis afterwards.
If you don’t mind a possible second trip and/or prefer no specifics
during examination this could be fine for you. But for younger women who are more unfamiliar with the changes that can happen down there and what they mean, I’d suggest to keep looking.
